The property was in very bad condition I could not believe that a place like this was still in business, the pictures that are on the site is completely misleading, I payed extra for a spa tub that was advertised And was told by office staff that none of the rooms have a spa tub. When I went to check in the member of staff was very rude and dismissive.

It should never be rented out by Hotels.com ! I usually give very good reviews but I’m sorry I would advise people not to stay here at all ! First I’ve been to 80 countries in my life & stayed in every kind of hotel but this was not a great experience at all as you are left alone to sort out your problems & for the price it’s just not worth it ! Very unhelpful staff on arrival & we were lucky we arrived in the middle of the day as there was a young girl on the desk ! First we were told straight out it was full & we were in another building in the back of beyond ! We were given a map (lol) waste of paper with help if local people we found our entrance it was locked & we were let in by other guests who informed us it’s always locked & the keys don’t work for 4 days we struggled to get in but on the last day we got home late couldn’t get in at all & after 20 min messing around I had to climb very the fence & it was truly very dangerous & nearly regretted trying as I could truly been hurt ! Pool was tiny & dirty never saw 1 person in it in 4 days ! Never saw a person working there in our building ! Couldn’t get a towel or sheets etc ! There was too much to write down about the rest of the stay We are your average travellers we don’t ask for much but this was a joke so I gladly give it a zero Mark & would advise everyone to look else where ! I will be writing to hotel.com to report this to them directly !! Very unhappy & would have moved if given chance

Nice place. You get what you pay for. Fully fitted kitchen. Clean. Easy check in/out. Easy walk to beach and bars. Cocos sports bar is just round the corner. Would book again.

Good location pity about the rest
Good Places Benalmadena is certainly not the best place to stay. On the positives: Living Room fairly clean Apartment entrance door VERY secure Kitchen modern View just about OK if you look sideways to get a peak at the sea Very quiet and lift smelled beautiful Washing machine and dishwasher Microwave Bed linen (but not all) was clean On the negatives: Smallest, dirtiest, old fashoned bathroom I have stayed in at Benalmadena Bedroom fairly bare and basic Provided quilt was disgusting with stains on and no cover Whole apartment was very small TV had NO english channels.......you have been warned No kettle although a coffee maker was available (I don't drink coffee) Did I mention about the bathroom.....Yuk! I don't normally have much to say about the accomodation I use but this can be summed up as a "Dissapointment" big time. Oh, and the bathroom was horrible (the most important thing after the beds). No, don't even think about booking when there are such better places to saty in Benalmadena. Sorry didn't take any pictures, just wasn't in the mood after a visit to that bathroom.

clean, safe & cheap off season
Travelled to Benalmadena to meet friends staying at thier timeshare in Sahara Sunset Beach and needed a safe, clean, cheap and PET FRIENDLY (cat) apartment. Good Places ticked all the boxes at the cheap off season rate we got for 3 nights in January 2018. Must admit that having read the room rates on the back of the door, the high season rate staggered me! If we turned up in high season and got this room in high season for the required rate, I'd have been livid, even if that does reflect the "going rate" for that area but, for what we needed, at that time of year, the room represented excellent value for money and was extremely well equipped for the price. We must have been happy as on check out day, we asked for and got another night so that we could spend more time with our friends. I would recommend to a friend but only off season.

Nice room,new kitchen with basic utensils,no oven but laundry and dishwasher. It's an apartment building with privat owners,some have pets. Street parking in the alley behind the building is available if you don't want to pay for the hotel parking.

pool very small rooms small and had to wait to get iron as none in rooms they were all on loan to other rooms room only cleaned twice in 10 day stay had to get clean towels sheets on 2 separate occasions no kettle toilet extremely small and shower area ridicules

This Apartment is Economical and is near the seaside. Nice and helpful staffs. It have a nice balcony that you can enjoy your breakfast in. Is good is you have a small family and would like to do a little warming of food or cooking.

Nice apartment, slightly tired looking but clean. There are two small pools but never a problem getting a sun bed. Any problems with the apartment actioned immediately by very helpful friendly staff. Only problem that wasn't solved was we were unable to access WIFI in the apartment. Very close to a clean sandy beach and sea; multiple restaurants with some wonderful food. Would return

Great location
Just returned from Good Places have enjoyed a weeks stay with my wife and 16 year old daughter.Friendly staff that were very attentive to what I requested Great location close to beach, pubs and restaurants. Bus stop right at the bottom of the street which is ideal to avail of the excellent local transport. We where located on they first floor with views of the sea. Apartment was immaculately clean and was well equipped for what we required. The experience would have been slightly improved if the gate that provides access to the neighbouring hotel was open and we could have purchased drinks etc. Would definitely be back again in the future.

Basic apartments in a perfect location
We had a great weekend, the apartment was clean and had a lovely balcony. The pools were never too busy and any staff we spoke with were very pleasant. The location was perfect for the beach, supermarket and bars.

Great little spot for us
We used this hotel for nothing more than a base. Lovely well equipped apartment. Washer, dishwasher, terrace. We had a top floor so had roof terrace too. Some rough edges for example the table was broken but other than that the service was excellent and reception very friendly. If you want better pools, bars etc there are better hotels if you never want to leave the complex. But if you want a place to rest your head and get out and explore as we did, this is ideal and great value for money

If you need basic then this is it .
Arrived and was disappointed . No bar no food . Reception closes at 6pm In room . Fault with blind I reported straight away nothing done . Was there for 3 days . Early flight and no reception open had to take key for gate back to uk and now have to post back as no where to leave . Pool was not open till last day couldn't even lie down outside as gate shut . Pool was tiny more like a puddle . The tv had no English channels except for news . Lighting so poor in apartment had to put all lights on just to see why I was doing . Bed was extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on a bench as was the Setee in the lounge . After shower I spent twenty mins cleaning off all the white fluff as the towels are falling apart after having to many washes . Bed quilt had no quilt cover and looked grubby . Only plus point was near the beach and a lady in reception who was very polite . Not happy at all and would never go back . Even the taxi drivers had never heard of it and the taxi rank is only 1 min walk away .

We stayed for 3 nights. On arrival reception was closed, very difficult to get keys. Girl who answered call had very little ENGLISH. Someone had to come down after 15 minutes to let us in. Apartment was fine for the three of us. Very disappointed to learn the pool was closed as no mention on the booking. After booking a late check out on departure found out reception closes at 6pm on Sunday but no mention anywhere or when we paid for late check out. Very disorganized, not up to standard.

Está bien situado y la piscina no tiene horario, lo que es muy práctico. La limpieza deja que desear pues encontramos pelos rubios y nosotros somos morenos. Además nos llevamos la sorpresa de que la limpieza es un extra de 15 euros desde este año y no nos limpiaron en toda la semana. La piscina tampoco estaba muy limpia.
