I had to book this hotel as an emergency. It was exactly as previous reviews. It needs cosmetic improvements mostly in bathrooms, not than clean, some mold in the shower but I felt safe I won’t recommend it.

I have been staying here when I travel to Brazil since 1993 and I love it! Breakfast is amazing, and the staff is wonderful! They are polite, courteous and helpful. Especially Cecilia. She always smiles.

Our last stop in the Amazonas.
Our two days in Belem staying in the hotel was great it is central to many interesting places. It is safe walking from there to the Teatro. The room is clean with a little sitting area. Nice shower. We could have a late check out before going to the airport. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly.

Atendimento, acomodação, limpeza e café da manhã dentro do padrão do hotel. O diferencial é está próximo de tudo, custo benefício. Pra melhorar, mudar o aparelho do ar condicionado, pois faz muito barulho .
