Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir Ihren Erwartungen bezüglich der Standards während der aktuellen Krise nicht entsprechen konnten. Es ist unsere Absicht, in dieser Zeit wie auch sonst schon immer, sicherzustellen, dass Sie bei uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt verbringen. Durch das Befolgen der Richtlinien der WHO und der lokalen Regierung, sind wir nun teilweise gezwungen, unsere Standards diesen Richtlinien anzupassen. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass dadurch Ihre Erwartungen enttäuscht wurden. Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback zum Anlass, um unseren Service und die Kommunikation zu unseren Gästen weiter zu verbessern und danken Ihnen, dass Sie Ihre Meinung mit uns geteilt haben. Leider haben wir keinen Einfluss darauf, wieviel Duftmittel bzw. Weichspüler die Wäscherei für die Bettwäsche nutzt. Normalerweise sollte dies Allergikerfreundlich sein.
