Quick Family Vaca
Overall, the property was nice. The location next to the slopes made it easy to just come and go to the resorts, with a short walk. The location had an older cottage feel, which was nice and unique, and it had plenty of room for the family. It does need a little upkeep with the appliances, as the large burner on the stove did not work for us, but the other three did perfectly fine. So, this did not stop us from using it. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook your meals and store what was needed, which was great considering I had a family and did not want to eat sandwiches every night. One thing that unfortunately threw me off was that check-in was at 4 PM, and the cleaning crew came 15 minutes prior to 4 PM. So we were not able to check in until about 4:30 - 4:45. The family and I reached our destination at 3 PM, which is completely on me and has not a fault to the reservation, but as we sat in the parking lot and saw the crew, we couldn't help but just think "really". Overall the place was a great stay, just a few quirks like any place, really.

The property is in a great location. Cleaning crew wasnt done until hr half after check in. When they finished up the kitchen table wasn't wiped still had salt and crumbs from previous renters . shower had hair left on the rim like it didnt get wiped also .

Great location
Great location for Skiing Sugar Mtn. Some simple things would be appreciated like a roll of paper towels. Basic cleaner to clean up after cooking. We had to make a special trip to the store just for basic amenities. Kitchen is small but worked. All the beds were a step above concrete. Heaters in the bathroom were awesome. The location makes up for all of that. Can’t beat it if you plan to ski. Walk down the hill cross the bridge and you are at the base to check in. Traffic can be bad depending on what time you are coming and going since you are right in the middle of it all. Good place. We would come again to the Bee Branch.

Disappointing
Great location, comfortable size, nice gas fireplace ... but all the positives go out the window when it isn’t clean (especially during a pandemic). Condo did have clean towels and sheets but there was lots of mold around the bathtub, pubic hair around the toilet. There were food crumbs in kitchen, kitchen floor was dirty and there was a dead spider in the silverware drawer! It could be a nice place, simply not cleaned thoroughly.

Great stay. Cozy feel.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very cozy feel. Opening the doors and windows, having the stream flowing in the background is amazing. We plan to move to North Carolina eventually, but plan to visit many times more before that happens. Would stay here again if possible :)
