Hotel and room were good value. Pool is small but nice. Sky roof absolutely overpriced and limited in food options. Food in the rooftop is international average quality food. The coffee club at GF is really good quality and became a regular stop every day.

The hotel was comfortable and close to the train station. Staff was attentive and helpful. It was difficult to figure out how the hot water worked. Overall, an affordable and comfortable stay.

Hot water was not consistent. Room service was just ok Overall it is a good hotel. The BTS Station is close and one station away from a river pier. Nothing else interesting near the hotel.

Rooftop bar prices definitely not value, zero atmosphere. Pool staff often not there to take orders, and again price’s definitely not value (same as rooftop bar), better to go out of hotel for food and drink. Hotel in a good location for ferries and metro links.

The location is percect, accessible to train and ferry but going to the airport is a nightmare,the traffic was horrible, we almost miss our flight. The service is really great, from the front desk , restaurant and spa service.

The room was huge, very comfortable. Hotel is in good location near the sky train.. however you do need transport to get around the City. Breakfast was lovely, very accommodating staff. would recommend.. there is a coffee club at the entrance to the hotel, which is a bonus

Disappointed- but still a good choice
We contacted well in advance to ask for early check in - their reply came as we were leaving on day three! Not very helpful at check in and had to wait 5 hours. This was our 4th stay here and our least successful- room fine, pool good, breakfast less choice than usual.

Very good location. Very friendly, kind, and accomidating staff. The rooms were not in the best shape. For example, some power outlets were lose and falling out, damage to walls and paint, the shower had to get fixed so hot water would work, and the elevator lost power causing me to be breifly stuck in the elevator 20 floors up.
