The hotel is located conveniently with easy walks to restaurants/bars/shops. Hotel staff are very friendly, special thanks to Ploy at reception upgraded our room and provided exception service. Fantastic hotel and amazing service!
I booked this hotel for a night between a vacation in Koh Samui and our flight to Helsinki. The hotel was just perfect. Our Junior Suite was beautiful. I’m already planning on returning to Muu for a longer stay!

A bit too pricey
So I will say I like the gym and the fact that it's stocked with a lot of water. I like the room size and when I stayed there, the rooms were cool with very little a/c and not too moist. I take this into account because I can't stand humidity when I'm trying to sleep, especially if my sheets are moist. It's a small hotel with a small lobby so it can feel crowded with the employees trying to help you. The first room I stayed at was also incredibly noisy due to the street traffic. I had to sleep on the couch the first night, since it was farther away from the window. And it's too pricey for what it is. It didn't feel that luxurious for its price.
