This hotel is fantastic overall and in every little detail. For the money, it offers possibly the best quality and design, luxurious feel that I’ve seen in the world. Everything, from how the rooms are setup and equipped, to amenities, water, coffee machines, etc is thought out fully. They serve excellent breakfast. The service is outstanding throughout. The gym is great though it could use a couple more machines for squats and bench press. Even the pool is ideal with one ladder on each side and the rest a flat floor so you don’t hit your feet on underwater steps. Basically, there’s probably not a thing they haven’t thought through, and it’s such a joy to experience it. And I’ve seen all sorts of hotels for every price imaginable. Location is right where many would want to be: not too far from everything, but far enough not to be overwhelmed.

I booked this hotel for a night between a vacation in Koh Samui and our flight to Helsinki. The hotel was just perfect. Our Junior Suite was beautiful. I’m already planning on returning to Muu for a longer stay!

A bit too pricey
So I will say I like the gym and the fact that it's stocked with a lot of water. I like the room size and when I stayed there, the rooms were cool with very little a/c and not too moist. I take this into account because I can't stand humidity when I'm trying to sleep, especially if my sheets are moist. It's a small hotel with a small lobby so it can feel crowded with the employees trying to help you. The first room I stayed at was also incredibly noisy due to the street traffic. I had to sleep on the couch the first night, since it was farther away from the window. And it's too pricey for what it is. It didn't feel that luxurious for its price.
