We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, both at the beginning of the month and on our way back. During our first stay the air-conditioner didn't work and we had it on 18 degrees the whole time. The suite was also dirty. I wrote and asked them to please check so that we wouldn't have the same issues. Instead, only when we got there (after check-in) did they send a team to check the cleanliness. In one room the air-conditioner couldn't be adjusted again and we couldn't use it. The rooms also are outdated and run-down. It's a pity, because the central area is lovely.

We stayed in the double twin King room. It was a lot of space and we enjoyed it. Everything seemed spotless until you see mold growing between the lines in the kitchen overhead and mold in the grout in the bathroom. The washer and dryer, took over an hour to wash and over 4 hours to dry, not very convenient. Note: on our last day, we did see a laundromat that down the block in walking distance. Locationwise: it just felt very far away from everything. totally our fault for not checking prior, but it took us at least 40 mins by car to get anywhere - Iconsiam, malls,Night market, the grand palace, BKK. Staff were not as welcoming and inviting as I had thought. Short of check in, we did not interact with any other staff and the times we did, the interation was mediocre. On the day we left, we ran into issue with the ride that we called and one of the staff came out to "help" facilitate the conversation/issue and then he just left and went back inside and didn't come back out. Maybe our standards were higher as we came from the Hyatt in Phuket and had an amazing time there with service and staff, but the whole stay here, location and the interactions just felt very underwhelming.

7/11 nearby. Little bar across the street (Fusion). Very little place with pool tables upstairs. Nina was great! We stopped by 3 nights in a row. Chatriuam was very nice. Good size fridge, full sized kitchen, microwave , comes with soda and water, highly recommend. Pool area was also nice with a bar are. Wish there were more aigna about where to go for breakfast buffet (which was the pool area).

The building is renovated from the outside but is old inside compared to the room I got On my last day at the hotel, the room was not cleaned After trying to call for over an hour and calling about 7 times to clean the room There was a person at the reception who was rude and spoke to me very rudely when I left the hotel. I booked a car to take me from the hotel to the airport and the same rude guy at the reception, the employee told me I didn't have a reservation, and I found the guy standing outside waiting for me. The hotel is located far from all shopping centers, the nearest shopping center is half an hour away. One day I went to have breakfast in the morning and they gave me a dirty table that was not cleaned well and the chairs were old and very dirty

Our family often stays here for weekend getaways in Bangkok. The hotel has several towers that enclose a large and well-landscaped pool area. It is extremely family friendly.
