I had high expectations but it didn’t live up to them. The room was ok, not worth the price. IThe door man and the people who helped with the luggage was really nice and helpful. Some of the cleaning lady did a great job and another one forgot to refill toilet papers etc. overall rating 3 star not 5.

My recent stay at Centara Grand at Central Ladprao in Bangkok was disappointing, to say the least. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it’s clear that it’s in dire need of a major renovation. The room I stayed in had a persistent bad smell that made it difficult to relax, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mold that made it feel unhygienic. Navigating the property was a struggle, which added unnecessary stress to my stay. To make matters worse, the high price I paid did not reflect the quality of the accommodations. Given the current state of the hotel, I believe a major renovation is urgently needed to address these issues. Until then.

Hotel linked to shopping mall and sheltered but 7-11 is a little bit far. Room is clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and nice. BTS n MRT is nearby.

Comfortable in Great Locale
Good hotel away from the main shopping area, close to the other airport with its own mall for all you need. Service was friendly. The rooms are starting to get tired with some additional maintenance needed (in mine some bulbs were out and the shower wouldn't drain quick enough). But its served by both the MRT and the BTS, and chatuchak market is really near by.

A good hotel with very friendly service. My room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a no-smoke room. The hotel suggested to move to a new room after a couple of days. The smoke entered from the fans in the bathroom. Other than that the stay was perfect.
