The area is quite far from downtown if you dont have bus/car. But over all the area is quiet.

Impressed!
Friendly staff, spacious room, heated underground parking. Coffee and a cozy fireplace at reception. Room is dated but very clean. I was glad I booked a room with a mountain view, not a pool view. Really enjoyed staying here. Will come back again.

The pool was down which wasn’t advertised when booking ! And the hot tub was old and gross. There was no continental breakfast and no restaurant in house . The location is very far away from downtown Banff .

1. When I checked in I was told the pool is closed, we booked this hotel because of the pool. 2. People parking in the front of entrance when checking in but block other people access to the underground parking. 3. The previous guest’s hair still in the bathroom.

For the price I paid I would have liked the room I was staying in to be properly functional for guests. The sink would not drain and later I found that it was broken I had to call someone to come fix it and the maintenance told me that someone will do it tomorrow. The restaurant was closed and pool was closed. Tried to use the hot tub and me and my daughter could not use it at all because it was always crowded. I tried to use laundry facilities and I successfully washed my clothes but when I tried to use the dryer it would not start after I put my coins in. I went downstairs to get more coins and the guy who was working told me he doesn’t even work there and he’s just covering for someone and he doesn’t know nothing. So I went home with bunch of wet laundry the next day. I recommend that this hotel update their site it’s very disappointing when the advertised facilities aren’t available when you get to the hotel.

I took my my wife in first time in Banff we booked her this hotel because has swimming pool and hot tub . When I arrived no swimming pool under construction. There’s no notice when booking and she didn’t let un when we check in at the front desk . We aren’t happy at all and it was too late. We ask for a great, because what’s the problem she has she doesn’t want to upgrade us even is not busy at the hotel. We ask for a jet up in room . Also, it was the toilet very noisy the whole night when you flush the toilet, you can hear the water very noisy and the heat is not working. They have a small heater to warm yourself bad experience the thermostat is broken

Very much enjoy staying here at this time of year. I love their outside decorated Christmas trees and would like them to bring back their former decorations. The bed is very comfy, and I enjoy spending time in the room.

Nice quiet stay. I just wish it was closer to foentown and had easy access to a microwave. A single microwave behind the front desk is not really accessible or convenient. Having to take your good from your room and then ask for use of the microwave then taking it back is not really good service. Even having one on every floor by the ice machine would be better
