Staff was friendly, parking was easy, bed was comfortable. The lighting was strange but not problematic. Close to freeway but far from downtown. They do provide a free bus pass. Would stay again.

The entire property looks old. The room we were given was at the end of the corridor - when we entered, my little baby murmured "scared".. perhaps it's just the whole room decoration was quite old-fashioned, the dark red floor carpet, and the little cloak corner.. Overall, I liked the most the service of the front-desk staff. We check-in very late, and the lady in front of me was slow with her actions. So when it came to our turn, the staff greeted me very efficiently yet friendly and upbeat despite that's already 9:30pm. I wish I remembered her name so I can give her a praise. They also provided free parking underground but both the entrance and the lot were small.

We had a layover and had difficulty with coming to the hotel on time. They were awesome and help change our reservation within 10 minutes! It’s close enough to town but not in town which is nice. It’s very close to the main bus stops that you need to get everywhere. I would stay here again :-)

The hotel was overall good. The staff was very nice. However, the hotel is a bit dated, the carpet in our room was worn out and the sink did not drain properly. Also, it would have been nice to have extra hooks and space to hang clothes and towels. It was a bit pricey for the value.

We stayed for our wedding for a couple of days, the staff were great and friendly, and even upgraded our room and left us a bottle of wine to celebrate! This was a very nice surprise and greatly appreciated. The hotel is definitely showing its age, and looks like it needs some refurbishment. The shower needed new caulking and maybe the lighting upgraded but the shower worked great and had good water pressure. We were close to the machines on the roof which were very loud so we didn’t get a very good sleep. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location of the hotel worked well for us, we could either use the free roam bus pass or take a nice walk downtown.
