Overall really good property and the hot tubs on the roof are always a hit. Love the fireplace in the lobby. The Luke warm coffee at breakfast wasn’t great

Birthday get away
We absolutely love this place. This was our third year (and counting) in a row and we just love it here. Staff is very friendly and professional. Facility is well maintained. Attached restaurant (Pacinis) has amazing staff and their food choices are very nice. The rooms are very cozy and have amazing views if you so choose during booking. The property is on the main drag do you are close to many things the town has to offer.

Amazing beautiful place to stay. Right in the heart of downtown making it so easy to shop and eat at truly wonderful stores and restaurants. The staff was FABULOUS and took care of all our needs no matter how small. Our one bedroom suite could not have been more delightful. We’ve been to Moose a bunch of times every year before Christmas. This year was especially bad. It feels as if maybe management has changed or something. 1/2 Hot tub was closed the entire time. There was one open, but filled to the brim with other guests. Not only that, but it was really really dirty. Will not return.

Love the Moose. But time for some repairs
We always love the moose but have to say it’s looking very tired and run down. Our room had a stained couch and we had to use a wash cloth to wipe down the side tables as there was cup stains on it. The hot tubs were not hot. And then one was closed for over half our stay so the one tub was super full. We stayed mid week in December too. We love the location. And love the restaurant on site. The shower amenities are spa like and we love those. The fire in the room creates a nice cabin feel in the winter. We had a great view of the mountains.
