The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The food is marvellous (and we ate way too much of it)! We had an issue with heat in our room and the front desk provided us with a temporary fix immediately and maintenance fixed it up properly the next day, no complaints there. This is our go-to place for annual little getaway.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The upgraded our room for us (to the Superior King with the Jacuzzi), gave us half off of our parking fee because we had to wait in line for a few minutes, allowed us to check out an hour later because we really wanted to try out the pool, and overall had amazing service. We loved our stay. To top it all off, they had large bath towels which made it feel even more luxurious because it was so size inclusive. We have a weekend in Banff every holiday season, and this hotel is one we will absolutely be coming back to!
