This was very conveniently located for the concert we were attending. Within walking distance. Just seems like a walk to get to the room as it was in a back corner and I have issues with my hip.

Its a non smoking hotel which i knew when i booked andd i was ok with it but when i went outside to smoke a young girl who worked there said you cant smoke outside and was very rude about it. I get the no smoking inside thing but not outside either, thats ridiculous and her attitude was horrible smh. Other than that the rest of the staff was friendly!

It was an impromptu NewYears Eve date with my husband. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly, especially the front door security lady. We felt very safe and secure although there were lots of visitors and tourists. I would stay again.

I was not pleased with some of the conditions. The facet in the bath tub was coming off the wall. My coffee maker was broke, there was no where in the building to purchase a beverage (hot coffee) and I was told I had a view. My view was a building across the street. My neighbors were smoking weed which spilled over into my room. Chris at the front desk was a please!

Pleased with the customer service, room was beautiful but the shade would t go down so we were moved to another room which was a complete downgrade, no refrigerator like the first room. Went to a wrestling event and came back and our door was open...can't explain that one

Dirty bathroom
The check in process was smooth and the person checking me in was friendly. Valet was an easy process as well. The room overall was okay, nothing special and the carpet in the room had some obvious wear and tear. My BIGGEST issue was the cleanliness of the shower! When I turned on the shower water I noticed it was brown. I immediately turned on the water at the sink and did not notice any brown. I realized the brown color was coming from the dirty shower floor. I am someone that always brings shower shoes when traveling but its unacceptable for a room to not be cleaned! The ice room on the 5th floor was filthy with a non working and broken ice machine (front panel was off and on the floor). Overall it was okay for a 1 night solo stay but I would not stay again with my family.
