Room was cold looking. No decor. A big blotch of paint on an empty wall. Toilet ran non stop and leaked. Elevator very loud and felt unsafe. Very disappointed and will never stay there again.

Check in was easy and the concierge was extremely helpful. When booking the room it said 2 queen beds and we received 2 full beds. Extremely clogged shower drain and a massive red stain on the rug near the pull out couch. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs and more. Juice and coffee was very nice. The server was fast at refilling the stations as necessary. Check out was fast since we were a 3rd party.

After driving for 5 hours in heavy traffic wanted to get settled. The shower was challenging. It had not been installed correctly. There was no stop or basin for the water stay as the shower was running. I had better bathroom in third world countries. Will not stay there again. Unforgettable night.
