Well really satisfied with everything except when we got into the hotel room and got into bed there was a toenail in the bed and the bed had like a sinkhole in the middle so that was pretty discouraging

Let's just be very brief and to the point. I won't stay in another Hampton Inn ever in the future. 1.) Front desk personnel took 25 minutes to show up at the front desk to check me in. 2.) Only one elevator was operational. 3.) No information provided in the room on how to operate the TV, or the HVAC, or anything about the area or hotel. 4.) Even though I specifically made it a point to sign up for maid service, it was not done.

I stayed for 1 night & received a call that someone was complaining that smoke was coming from my room, well i don’t smoke & I feel someone should’ve come knock on my door to check. The next morning at check out no one asked or said anything to me. I check my account to notice a $150 fee. I call a manager & she goes to check the room & sees it was no smoking in that rm. she apologized to me but the damage was done. I received 3 overdraft fees from my bank for this inconvenience! Get facts before taking money without permission from someone’s bank account. I’m never staying here again.
