The design of the resort and ambience of the place. The staff in all departments were excellent in tge services that they provided. We also loved the wide range of high qaulity eateries that were there. We ate at 8 of the 10 restaurants and all provided excellent food. We would definitely recommend this hotel and intend to return again, with our extended family.

We spent a week on our honeymoon at The Ravenala Attitude Hotel. The whole resort was a wonderful paradise. The rooms were big and clean. The staff everywhere was extremely friendly. We always got help and advice for everything we needed. The hotel had many different restaurants serving food from different cultures. The quality of the restaurants varied, but everywhere the food was really good. A floating restaurant by the river called Riviera is a must try. Beautiful and romantic place. Chef Ally makes the best food while Brandon (waiter) takes care of you. The hotel beach is also beautiful and there is many different activities you can do besides sipping drinks and laying in the sun. Cruises, watersports etc. The hotel also had a wonderful spa. First we went to steam and sauna. After that we went for a couples massage. It was relaxing and the masseurs were lovely. The service was excellent and the atmosphere in the spa was peaceful. We spent a lot of time at the hotel pool. We would like to especially thank the two gentlemen called Yes and Mo. They took special care of us whenever we spent time at the pool. They always made sure we had everything we needed. They were extremely helpful, polite and funny. We had a great time with them. Thanks to them, we had a memorable vacation and could have stayed much longer. We can warmly recommend this hotel for a vacation and especially for a honeymoon. A

Schönes Hotel, mit einer weitlĂ€ufigen Park-Ă€hnlichen Gartenanlage, abwechslungsreiche Gastronomie und ĂŒberragendes Freizeit-/Sportangebot. Vergleichsweise nachteilig ist die Ortsumgebung (nĂ€chster Ort mit Taxi zu erreichen) und die erforderliche Reservierung fĂŒr das Abendessen (es sind nicht mehr alle Restaurants fĂŒr die kommenden Tage verfĂŒgbar).

Henkilökunta oli mahtavaa, todella ystÀvÀllisiÀ ja huomioonottavia. Yleiset tilat olivat siistit ja hienot, ravintolat ok. All inclusive oli toimiva. Ranta-aktiviteeteista iso plussa. Uima-altaiden vesi turhan kylmÀÀ. Miinus huoneista, jotka eivÀt lÀhellÀkÀÀn neljÀn tÀhden tasoa, etenkin kylpyhuone- ja wc-tilat kaipaisivat ehostusta. Huoneissa myös hieman ummehtunut haju joka tarttui vaatteisiin. SÀnky aika kova ja muhkurainen sekÀ natiseva. Muuten aika ihana paikka, mutta huoneen kunnon vuoksi en menisi uudelleen. Hinta-laatusuhde kyllÀ varsin hyvÀ.

However, I am sorry to read about the maintenance issues which you mentioned. The continuous heavy rainfalls and high humidity that have persisted for some time and proved particularly challenging in that regard, but rest assured that we shall keep a close eye on the unpleasant smells that you highlighted. Should you decide to visit us again, we will ensure that your are given a mattress which will be per your expectations. If we were informed during your stay, we would have immediately changed it. Proche de la plage

Pros: La chambre, le lien avec la plage, la diversité des restaurants.
Cons: Le service des points de restaurations et la clarté des services proposés et compris dans les différents forfaits.
Location: L’hĂŽtel est un peu isolĂ©, il faut prendre une voiture ou un taxi pour se dĂ©placer.
TrĂšs bon accueil, trĂšs belle hĂŽtel avec un lien direct avec l’ocĂ©an. Manque parfois un peu d’organisation du personnel. TrĂšs bon restaurants, mais le buffet pourrait ĂȘtre mieux.

GrosszĂŒgige Anlage mit schönem Strand

Pros: Herausragend und höchst erfreulich ist die Freundichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals, Kompliment !!! Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszĂŒgig.
Cons: Manchmal fehlten Geschirr am Buffet.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Bucht direkt am Meer. Traumhafte SonnenuntergÀnge.
Ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht. Herausragend und höchst erfreulich ist die Freundichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals, Kompliment !!! Die KĂŒche ist von guter QualitĂ€t mit grosser Auswahl. Der Strand wie auch die Pools sind schön.
