Provence Luxury at its finest!

Stephan was an amazing host who pulled out all the stops to provide a 5 star resort experience in a beautiful apartment in the heart of Avignon. The streets are VERY tight so we parked at Stephans residence and he drove us to the apartment. This added about 30 minutes to our check in process, but we were so glad considering the road situation. The apartment is well appointed with no detail missed. A small washing machine was perfect for a mid-trip refresh. Phone chargers were a nice touch so we didn't have to pull ours out. Champagne, cognac, and chocolates were also provided, which helped take the experience over the top. Stephan was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and was great at providing recommendations for local fare and things to do. He even made our dinner reservations so we didn't have to worry about it. I would highly recommend Les Anges and will definitely be back to stay here in an amazing little city that we fell in love with in just two short days!

Amazing stay in Avignon with a fantastic host

The property has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and a nice sitting area for two. The kitchen was well stocked with a wonderful coffee machine and fresh beans to start the day off right. Large windows that open to let in a lot of light and fresh air. The overall decor has a romantic French vibe and puts you in the mood to explore the walled city. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful Suite in Avignon Center

My wife and I traveled to Avignon from our home in Lyon for three nights to celebrate a milestone birthday for her and to get a change of scenery. Avignon is a beautiful place and even though only the shops were open, we had a nice time walking around. What made the trip special was the amazing suite, Anges 1, and the owner, Stephan. The suite is beautifully appointed, nicely designed, and a very comfortable place to stay. We loved it - cooked a few meals there (restaurants were closed) and slept well. Stephan picked us up at the TGV station (and reuturned us when we departed) and provided us with information for our stay. He was warm and welcoming, and has a range of interests matching many of ours. I highly receommend his properties in Avignon!

To all who are considering this I property, I want you to know that in all the years we have been traveling around the world, we have never been welcomed so graciously, never been hosted so considerately, never enjoyed a property more than this one. We could go on with superlatives and tell you the location was extraordinary, the communication and care from Stephan were beyond anything we have previously experienced, but the joy we experienced because of Stephan made our stay in Avignon the most meaningful of our travels throughout France. Our first day Stephan sat with us over tea and guided our itinerary with each day a follow up communication insuring that all was going well. What could could we ask from our stay? Not a single thing! It was perfect.

If you’re looking to stay in Avignon you MUST stay here! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for 2 with some great special touches. Stephan was the most amazing host we have every had. And that is exactly how he made us feel during our short stay. His apartment, which sits in the shadow of the magnificent Palais des Papes, is a wonderful haven for the weary traveller. Stephan and his home in Avignon, Agnes 1, are true gems. Our vacation was like something out of a movie. Stephan acted as our personal concierge, making dinner reservations, suggesting sites and activities. Agnes 1 is an inviting, complete, if compact, home away from home. Les Anges, located in the quiet enclosed ancient town centre was a combination of exquisite taste paired with innovative design and luxurious comfort - all the product of host, Stephan Caso. The special touches abounded - a Nespresso machine, crystal decanter of cognac and an incredibly comfortable bed with fine linens. The frosting on the cake of our experience was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Monsieur Caso. Always available by text if needed, an excellent source of information on where to go (he authored a beautiful book on the city) and service far above and beyond (he met us at the train station and helped with our car rental and parking). This was the best home rental experience we've possibly ever had. Merci, Stephan, we hope to see you again.

Beautiful, well designed, thoughtful and spacious

Stephan is a truly wonderful host who really cares about the quality of your visit to his beloved city of Avignon. His apartment is very spacious, well designed and perfectly located inside the city walls very close to the Palace but still quiet. He has great restaurant recommendations and things to do and is very connected to the city having even written a book about Avignon's history. I highly, highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Wonderful, romantic, peaceful.

Beautifully, romantically and thoughtfully designed apartment. Quiet, but right in the center of Avignon. Nespresso and cognac provided! Host, Steve Caso, was so helpful, picked us up and helped us settle into our "Home away from home". He is an incredible source of information on Avignon and its surrounding area. The apartment made our stay particularly special. We would definitely recommend and plan on staying there again.

Amazing

This jewel in the crown of beautiful Avignon is a wonderful find. Not only is the apartment stylish, comfortable and brilliantly situated, Stephan adds so many little extras to make you feel welcome. From collection upon arrival and departure, even carrying my suitcase! He was available for any queries and his knowledge of Avignon is second to none. Follow his advice on places to eat as some of the eateries are geared for tourists and substandard,but when we ate at his recommended restaurants the food, service and ambience was just what we wanted. Beautiful, classy, and comfortable

This beautiful place is in a wonderful location, beautifully decorated, and so clean and comforting. Stephan, the owner takes great pride in this home and made sure I had everything I wanted and needed. He was so gracious to pick me up at the train station at the beginning of my stay, and bring me back at the end of it. I would definitely recommend his home to everyone! Beautiful place, great location for 2 people in Avignon

Stephan has renovated a Studio apartment in Avignon beautifully. It is clean, bright and has all the amenities (great fast wifi too!) that you need. He has really thought of everything. He let us know where to park, met us at the parking lot 5 minutes from the house, and then had lots and lots of advice on what to do and where to eat. I wish I had contacted him sooner and asked more to prepare for the trip as he truly is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to get the most out of Avignon in both sights and food.

I can highly recommend this property for your stay in Avignon We were greeted at the train station and driven to the property by Stephan who gave us a complete introduction to the property as well as good advice about restaurants and activities in the area The attention to detail,cleanliness and facilities sets bar of this property very high The furniture is modern the bed large and comfortable,the bathroom has an excellent shower and the kitchen is ideal I can highly recommend this!

Perfect apartment and perfect host!

The apartment is located in the heart of Avignon. Very clean, quite, tasfully decorated and has everything you ever need for a perfect stay. No stairs! It's on the ground floor. Stephan is a supper host! He helped us with luggage, greeted us with a bottle of good wine. Every restaurant he suggested was excellent. We highly recommend his place to anyone and wish that all hosts would be like him. Thank you Stephan again for the great time we spent in lovely Avignon.

Great space with an abundance of natural light centrally located

The studio is exactly as it appears in the pictures - spacious, clean and meticulously designed. We stayed for four nights and found the studio to be a quiet place to kick up our feet and relax. The owner was fantastic. From providing transport to and from the TGV to making dinner reservations, he truly exceeded expectations. Would stay again.

Perfection to the very last detail!

Stephan is an excellent host and is helpful in every aspect! I was unsure of venturing into the international booking of a homeaway, but after our experience with staying in his charming apartment and being greeted with his wealth of knowledge of the area, the special surprises, champagne and chocolates, and his availability for any question or suggestions, I would, and will, highly recommend his apartment to anyone, including family and friends! His genuine concern, especially when my husband became ill on our trip, was endearing. We will return, Avignon itself, is a special place, beautiful, historic, and Stephan perfects all this into an art.

Our host Stephan Caso ..... together , transformed our stay in this beautiful area into a magical experience we will always remember ! Les Anges 2 became our pied-a - terre in Avignon for five nights .....an enchanting home, tastefully decorated with period pieces and architectural elements that drew us into the past and evoked the magic of Avignon ! Stephan was the perfect host ....ensuring our comfort in every way!.a Rennaisance man who is extremely knowledgeable about Avignon and the Provencal area. He offers specialized tours of Avignon and Provence at extremely reasonable prices !The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen ( for those of us who have always dreamed of actually cooking the culinary treats we've bought at the fabulous markets ☺️!), a wonderful espresso machine to rev us up in the morning, and everything one needs to feel at home !
