Good location and convenient. Easy roomy parking lots. There are too many roaches every where in the room. There is no room service including towels changes or room cleaning even after requests. Never been at a hotel like this and hope this is the last time.

The young lady at the front desk way wonderful. However, once i saw the condition of the hotel and those stayingin the hotel let it be known this wasnt a safe location nor was the cleaniness up to par. I did not stay in the hotel as it caused me a complete panic attack followed by an anxiety attack. I never made it out my car and went to another hotel.for my weekend. That was a waste of money as it wasnt refuned. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The young lady at the desk was a truly the ONLY positive in this stay.

ok but better to avoid if you are a clean uperson
the room's photo was super misleading. the beds were itself nice, clean. but the close, bathroom is super super bad. there are strains on all over the tub, door is not painted, and not good (need to push extra hard to lock). seems a very old hotel (actually motel) where some parts are renovated. outside of hotel is a shady environment too!

Overall, the motel was pretty good. The breakfast was lackluster and the motel does not have amenities such as a gym or restaurant, but the room was clean, the refrigerator and microwave in the room worked, etc. The only real problem was the lack of hot water.

Im not one to give bad reviews unless I truly feel people need to be aware of. The AC did not work well, it was hot during the night which I could not sleep. I didn’t even call down to complain about it cause what am i supposed to do at 1am, move rooms when my kids are asleep? . Everything is out dated, I could do ok with the sleeping area but the restroom was too outdated. I didn’t even want to shower in it. Then when I showered I see a hand print on the wall from the steam which means it was not cleaned properly. That grossed me out.

Our stay here was quite disappointing. We understand that it is a motel, however, that does not mean that the room should be dirty and filled with bugs and broken or missing items. They switched our room because the first one had several broken items (floor annd fridge) and stained sheets. The second one had several roaches and crickets who kept us up during the night. The phone was missing the cord and the coffee machine was missing the compartment to put the coffee in. The continental breakfast on our second day was not put out due to “limited items available” and the hot breakfast was served out a window standing in the heat. Would not recommend.

I did not stay. The people speaking at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable. Between that and the police in the parking lot was frightening. I did not feel safe so I let my RSVP go! Interesting the front desk was just fine that I left - they too knew I didn’t belong there. Shady! Dangerous! Never again!

They say "you get what you pay for" which is usually true, but there should be a standard for every hotel, even if it was free. The environment inside the room was immediately uninviting with the smell of cigarettes. The blankets had many cigarette burn marks which confirmed what we thought about the smell. Parts of the floorboard felt like we would fall down into the first floor. The shower area is very short, rather the shower floor is too high, so good luck if you're any taller than 6', you'll be kissing the ceiling. The TV we were provided was monitor-sized and had a broken screen, and within 3 hours of communicating that, they did replace it for a nicer, bigger TV, but I'm afraid they'll give the smaller broken one to the next "sucker" who books another room. Breakfast was an issue 2/4 mornings; their breakfast hours are 6-9 AM, and two times—both around 8:20 AM—they had already ran out of breakfast. The pool was definitely a nice addition, and the A/C was great at night. The fridge was decent in size and quality. Overall I wouldn't stay here again, but it was the cheapest hotel in Austin.

The fridge didn’t have its accommodating racks to place items. Milk, juice, and other liquids would freeze over night. The microwave didn’t have the plate to place food on. There was no door seal under the door so crickets would crawl through and mosquitos would fly in and bite overnight.
