Hotel is nicer than the area
Room was very nice....bed comfortable! Bathroom clean and nice amenities! Good breakfast each morning 🌞! Wish there was a microwave IN the room!! Very inconvenient to have to travel to the second floor to heat up something and back to the room. Not much to do downtown in terms of shopping or anything. Several restaurants in the area. Lots of homeless in the area...but all in all ...nice hotel.

My wife and I stayed here when attending a show at the Comedy Mothership. It’s a great location, valet parking was reasonable and convenient and the comedy club is a 10 minute walk away. Everything was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only exception was the included breakfast which was definitely underwhelming. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever back in Austin would book here again.

The room was nice but they need to disclose that valet parking is the only parking available and it 59 dollars per night on top of the room rate and fees. The breakfast sausage was like boiled sausage and not even browned. Could have been a lot better for the price per night.

Good hotel, but beware of the parking fee
Nice room, clean and renovated. Staff not so friendly when interacting with the guests. The US$ 59.00 per night (+tax) to park your car at the property (they only offer valet) was the terrible part of my experience. I will think twice before coming back to this hotel just because of the parking fee. Other than this it is a nice place to stay. Good free Continental breakfast.

No parking charge listed on Hotels.com, most hotels have that amount per night listed. Only parking available is over priced valet parking. I Paid in advance so I could not switch hotels, seems like a bait and switch. I would have booked a different hotel if the parking fee was listed.

The service at this place is terrible. The front desk clerk completely screwed us at check-in; the breakfast was horrible, the coffee was like brown water, and there were no smart TV's in the room. After 3 years of traveling with my fiance, she finally said "i hate this place and we're never coming back". Im in ATX every few weeks for business, wont be coming back to this place for sure!!
