The room was dirty and was infested with roaches. The front desk was rude and they tried to charge me for one night. I was there all of 1 hour.

I did not like that the property held $400 on my credit card for the room. No other hotel ever did I that, not even 5-Star ones. My room had a noisy ceiling fan, a desk lamp that did not work, the door that separated the lounging area from the sleeping area did not shut because something was wrong with the way it was hung, one of the sinks was not fully attached to the counter and you can see the space or the gap between them, a sheer curtain was missing (The one on the right side was present but the left side was absent. It was not a single drawn curtain because it stopped half way, like the blackout curtains), the air conditioning vents were filthy with clogged dust, the ironing board was broken with detached legs, the iron didn’t work properly either, the view from the window was a huge lighted billboard and grounds that look like a terrible and scary place especially at night. Some landscaping is definitely needed. With all of that going on, they should NOT have held $400 on my credit card!!

The floors were filthy, so bad that just walking on the carpet in our room turned our feet black. In addition to the nasty floors we found used feminine hygiene products stuffed between the wall and the toilet. This was after being not so greeted by the incredibly rude day shift desk clerk. She was absolutely awful. We will NOT be staying there ever again!

The room was modern and comfortable, with a great workspace and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel also had excellent conference facilities and convenient transportation options. The staff were professional and attentive, making my stay stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to business travelers.

The service was top-notch, and the staff were always smiling and ready to assist. The hotel’s location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. My room was clean and cozy, with a fantastic view.
