It was a great stay and very nicely laid out apartment. I would have given it a top rating except for the TV. Could not access Channel One even after complaining about this. No streaming channels available only free to air minus TV One.

The rooms were fine, nothing special. What i really didnt enjoy was the lecture you get before checking in (multiple times) and during check in about not having “parties” it felt uncomfortable and very unwelcoming

Our suite was attractive, couch was ripped, no tea towel or paper towel in kitchen, cafe very poorly stocked for breakfast, gentleman at reception friendly, helpful and accommodating, two ladies polite but not very helpful or friendly. We enjoyed our stay in Auckland.

Apartment was clean & in a good location in the city, higher floors have a good view of the harbour bridge, but the apartments are definitely in need of some TLC. We asked to move apartments as the first one we were provided had stains on the furniture & cracked cupboard doors, the second apartment was much better. Sound proofing could be better, we were 9 floors up and the sound of traffic was still quite loud.

The hotel was in A good location, the 2 bedroom apartment was big and had lots of crockery, cutlery and appliances. The towels were plentiful & luxurious. The view was fabulous, so green & it’s outdoor area was a fabulous bonus. I loved the fact that we had a full sized washer & dryer. Unfortunately the unit had a musty smell that was a quite unpleasant & the soft furnishings, kitchen bench stool and dinning chairs had many stains. The bec was comfortable but the linen was tired, as top covers, we had a flat sheet, a very old synthetic doona and another flat sheet- it was warm enough but was not up to hotel standards.

We had issues from the start with this place. We booked via Expedia and opted to pay in full at the hotel due to fraud issues in the past. Within minutes of booking we received an email that there was a payment issue and we had to sort it immediately. We contacted the hotel and the guy there was rude and argumentative, his reason for trying to take payment was the "cancellation policy", he was really dodgy, he changed his attitude towards me when he realised my husband and family were now listening to the way he was speaking to me. When we got to the hotel, there is no reception, just a cafe, while we were trying to check in there was a cafe customer who the guy at reception knew who was trying to engage us in conversation, not the most secure way to do hotel transaction. On entering the room, we look straight in to businesses and apartments, the carpets and the couch are heavily stained. The couch looked like someone had had an accident on it, we got a spare blanket to cover the couch so we could use it. The kitchen lacked utensils, plates etc, the oven has no tray. The dishwasher had a foul smell and it was dirty. We ran it twice to clean and clear the smell. The tv is lacking in channels (very limited), chrome cast is a joke. We had to call to get someone to look at it as it was continuously buffering and freezing, the guy said he would check with this manager and get back to us. He never did. After 3 attempts we finally had a working dryer taken from another room.

Its in a great location the views from the room are cool with lots of glass in the rooms and very cosy. The no party policy is just words on the form. There was a lot of noise from upstairs and voices in the corridors at night. People throwing stuff off the balcony as well. Local restaurants and bars are impressive. I would stay again for the view and location. No double glazing which would have made rooms better. Shower leaked onto the floor but had good water pressure. Really nice balcony. Reception needs better signage it was only because I had read the reviews that I knew the coffee shop was reception. Its not bad just different.

The room was lovely and had a good view of the park. Sitting on the balcony and admiring the view is a very good way to start the day. I found the reception desk hard to find. It looked at first glance like a cafe. A notice by the lifts on the ground floor as to its location would have been helpful.

Property was great. Check in was smooth however I don’t like the idea of holding a bond. We checked in around 7.30pm not many places to eat around the area were open on a Friday night. We stayed because it was affordable and we haven’t stayed there before.
