Perfect place for the location of central CBD, with their tie-in with the parking available & the convenience for walking to Spark Arena & other central amenities. So for our one night stay, ideal.
Tiny, old and needs a serious reno (or knockdown). One night we were descending in the lift from the 14th floor when at floor 9 the lift jerked and got stuck between floors. When I pushed the emergency button it restarted and we continued to the ground floor. Cost us $60 for 2 X nights parking next door with the hotel's discount. We had a 1mtr X 1mtr "smoking platform" outside the room.

It was cheap and clean. Toilet was kind of small like an aeroplane, has the shower and toilet all in one. It worked for a short stay and it was nice to have a "Homebase". Staff stored our bag for us even after checkout which is super helpful.
- upon arrival to room bed looked like it had been laid in. As I arrived at 1:00am the next day after a delayed flight I just wanted to go to bed.
- only 1 lift working on check out, taking 48mins to get from lvl 17 to the ground floor
