Nice Hotel
Ideal for an overnight stay before a flight back to the UK. Comfortable and very clean with friendly staff. There are shops and restaurants nearby and a particularly nice restaurant next door. Have used before and will use again if the opportunity arises.

Best Value for money at Auckland Airport
IBIS was perfect for our needs. Even though the room is compact they manage to provide all that you need for a comfortable nights stay. Even a hairdryer which i didnt expect. Lovely community area where you can make a coffee, some toast perhaps or eat a meal that you have provided. Some parking available right outside. Nice Restaurant next door and a shopping centre across the road. Shuttle bus available for a small cost to take you to the airport or bring you to the Hotel. Top marks from me.

This hotel is perfect for a quick overnight stay when you are catching an early plane. The rooms are small with minimal space around the bed but the mattresses are firm and very comfortable and the showers have plentiful hot water. It’s not so great if you need to drive anywhere in the morning or evening rush hour or if you got in late and want to sleep in while the rooms around yours are being cleaned.

The yellow bus was hard to find & the ticket box also. Was cordoned off as road works going on & had to ask a guy where it was leaving from. Signage not good from international airport--followed shuttle bus sign instead of hotel bus which i found the yellow bus was under, confusing. Another guy was having the same problem at 1am after a long flight. Drivers not helpful with aged persons getting their bags on & off the bus.
