Definitely not family-friendly, lots of smoke, even the non-smoking rooms smell like an old Knights of Columbus ballroom. Dangerous area to walk after hours. A nice place, if all you want to do is sleep and gamble, which I guess I should have known was the point.

First time at this hotel and was extremely pleased. Friendly staff, guest room very clean with daily housekeeping, enjoyed the Gary US Bond show and good location. Guest room rates were reasonable. My only complainant is the bathroom in the ocean Tower had no place to put anything to include a cup, toothbrush, comb, etc.

Hotel room was dingy and dirty. Bathroom needs a scrub. Staff very friendly. Valet parking was a bargain. Sky walk to Hard Rock excellent! Candy cane lounge super cute pop up bar. Breadsticks cafe nice atmosphere, reasonably priced & tasty. Overall would book again.

There was no vibe in this casino. Understaffed at restaurants. Had to get off the line for breadstick restaurant cause it was an hour wait. Hostess was apologetic. Went to quick bite downstairs and the food was terrible. Went next door to Hardrock and you could see a Hugh difference there.
