This is the best smelling hotel that I have been too. The scent of the hotel appear to be a form of aromatherapy. The staff for the most part was attentive and accommodating, especially those who manage your luggage.

Room was nice but the shower’s grout on the floor and walls weren’t cleaned. Didn’t receive our bags until an hour after checking them in a valet. Manager Shai was really nice in trying to resolve these issues .

Our room ending up being very nice and spacey for a king size one bed room. The bed was very cozy itself. Very clean room. The water pressure for the shower was amazing! Nice and hot. The Ramsey bar and grill is way too expensive for very small portions. The casino staff was not helpful at all when I had an issue with the slot machine. I sat there for 2 hours with my money stuck in machine until I called casino staff myself on the phone. Not a great experience with the casino itself!!
