I liked the hotel was close to Marta station. I also liked the room was cleaned every day without asking. The maid did a good job. The room was noisy in the evenings from the cars on the street/highway. This is an old building and the window insulation was not good. The room condition is not great, either, like the paint was scraped on bathroom walls, etc. but at least everything is functional. The breakfast was minimal--they didn't have OJ or Yogurt. Only one or two kinds of bread, egg, and sausages, milk and one kind of cereal. They seem to have bananas sometimes but they were quickly gone. The staff was there but not quite nice nor attentive about replenishing food. There is a section for paid breakfast, and they seem to be watching like a hawk no free customers will migrate to the paid customer section. Three of us were staying but only two sets of towels were there until I asked. The kitchen in the room was stocked okay, but I didn't find coffee filters or creamers for coffee (a coffee maker and a packet of coffee were provided) until I asked. They wanted a $75/night deposit which I wasn't notified of until I checked in. The charge was eventually returned after several days of checking out, so it turned out okay, but it made me feel anxious and I noticed some other customers were questioning about it.

It was a nice place but I paid for a suite and when I got there there was no microwave and the fridge was not working well. They moved me to a different room and that one had no ironing board. It didn't seem the room was prepared for guests at all!

This is a great spot with a nice pool BUT they need to tell you valet is $50 a day!! We were so disappointed when we arrived to realize there is NO easy free parking at all close by and needed to pay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

Bad service. Ac was not good. Long wait.
If you want any room service the phone always busy and you have to go to front dest which was always busy and long wait. Many guest complaints about room cooling the room are very old so ac doesn't working.

We had booked for three nights as we were moving my daughter into GTech and wanted something close by. We ended up checking out after one night. Our family of 5 had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. We checked in at 915pm, got upstairs to find no mattress or bedding on the sofa bed. Tried calling down to housekeeping and the front desk but just got busy signals on both lines. Went downstairs and was told a mattress would be sent up - 30 minutes went by, nothing. Tried calling again just busy signal, went back down was assured someone would be up shortly. Waited still nothing. My husband went down and there had been a shift change new desk reps had no idea of the issue, asked to speak with the shift manager, who also was not aware of our issue. Finally at 1130pm maintenance guy came up with a mattress and a sheet. If that had been our only problem we would have been fine but the a/c in the room didn’t work. When we arrived thermostat was set at 76, we tried turning it down to 70 but nothing ever changed. After an uncomfortable night of not much sleep for any of us, we found a different hotel a bit of a drive from Tech. We checked out early explaining why and staff didn’t seem the least surprised by our complaints and had no solutions to offer. I’m not sure if the hotel is under new ownership but when we checked in there was one line for Staybridge and another for Crowne Plaza. Not sure if that has anything to do with lack of mgmt caring.

After waiting an hour post our check in time we were eventually given a room, however it did not have the sofa bed we booked. After another wait we were eventually given the correct room, however no bedding for the sofa bed. Tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer, eventually went down to the desk after another wait for service at the desk was told they would have it brought to the room. It never arrived and we ended up dividing up the bedding on the main bed. This room had a kitchenette as booked but only had 1 glass. The toilet blocked multiple times during our 3 day stay. One evening we ran out of toilet paper so went down to request some and was told housekeeping would bring some in the morning! We spoke to out guests staying at the same time to find they had similar experiences. I would NEVER stay here again and would recommend anyone else avoids it.

It was about 11:00 pm, I was not able to check-in the hotel because they had no available rooms. they had no other offer or alternative for us, there were other people there with the same problem. They said that a refund was possible.

The check-in experience is was terrible. Although I checked in a couple of hours late, the room was not available as it was not cleaned. The room was made available around 11:00 am.

Oh he11 no!!
The hotel did not have my reservation in there system and it took an hour to get it straightened out, and give my a room key. When I reached the room, the door was a-jar. No one was inside, but the door wouldn't close completely, without a forceful slamming. There were no pillow cases on any of the pillows that were stacked up on the pullout couch. The carpet made a "crackle" sound as I walked across it. The tub had water covering the bottom, even though the drain was open. The water was wreathed with short black hairs that were easily noticeable from my 6'2" vantage point. The windows seemed tinted with a strange, "hasn't been washed in quiet some time" filter. I was not comfortable in those surroundings, so I went back to the front desk, waited 15 more minutes to tell them I wasn't satisfied with the accommodations and wished to cancel the stay as quickly as possible so I could get to the business dinner this whole process had made me late for. They said they'd handle the cancelation process. It's been 3 days and no refund has been issued yet, not have I received any correspondence from Hotels.com. I've contacted my Cc company to dispute the charges. So, we'll see how this plays out. Stay tuned.
