The day-to-day staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Lots of seating and the kitchenette was great. There seemed to be some issues with (senior?) management of the facility. There were a few minor maintenance issues and supply shortages. The staff were doing their best, but seemed to lack training in some areas and were scrambling to 'make do'. Valets were especially helpful.

The property is old and needs an update. That would be fine however if the staff was more cordial. the check in was difficult as the attendant was very difficult to understand. Their was one bartender that was downright rude. The rest of the staff seemed indifferent. The maids were sweet and one female bartender was wonderful but everyone else needs to go!

We loved our room and the spaciousness of it. However, our glass door that was supposed to be sealed shut had a crack in it so the room stayed warm and it was loud at night with the noise coming in. Also, our fold out sofa did not have a mattress. Other than that, we loved it and the staff and convenience was very nice.

Pack your patience when visiting. Staff was struggling to keep up with the volume but was otherwise friendly. The hotel is nice, with a complementary breakfast and bar. The rooftop pool was nice, but situated in the shade of higher, adjacent buildings so could get a little chilly. Walkable to Fox Theatre, Aquarium, Mercedes Benz and a litany of other cool places in ATL. If you prepay for parking, it is valet not the garage!

It was a good stay but the wifi wasn’t good on the higher floors. Also the breakfast could’ve been more organized. Overall it was good stay. Clean and comfortable room.

After my stay I was sent the receipt for another guest. Had their name and some cc info on it. I don’t have all the receipts from my stay. Front desk often Couldent figure out the system, CC chargers were all of the place, getting charged then removed, I’m having to watch my card super close to make sure I’m not being charged. Not supplied or staffed well as a whole, or maintained.

I have already left several reviews of this place as I had 3 rooms for 7 nights each, but overall, very disappointed. From the obviously on its last leg refrigerator, to the non existent air conditioning, to the lack of staff and supplies, it was highly disappointing.

So to begin with the room i ordered is not a room they actually have at this hotel so hotels.com is at fault for that. The front desk had to move us three times before we were put into a room that could accomidate us and even then the room was filthy when we got there. No sheets on the bed, food crumbs on the floor, no toilet paper or towels in the bathroom. It was a massive disappointment especially after driving over seven hours to get here. Then the air conditioning barely worked the room never fell below 70 for the duration of our stay, the sink was filled with dirty dishes, the dish washer leaked at random and after all this the manager said they could only comp us for half a night. On top of the incidental fees and 36 dollars a night for parking this hotel is a travesty of hospitality.

This hotel has gone down hill. They bolted the balcony doors shut without seals, so it sounds like the window is open but you cant open the door for fresh air. The breakfast is ok at best and inedible at worst. Our cards deactivated 5 times in a 7 day window, so we were constantly wasting time at the front desk. The ran out of clean towels to hand out, and never brought us toilet paper. We had to scavenge it from other parts of the hotel.

We arrived at 3pm for check in and was told our room was not ready. They took my number and said they would call when my room was ready. We, my family of 5, waited patiently in the lobby for about an hour. I went back to the desk and they said our room was ready. So we checked in and went to our room. The room was hot and never came down in temperature even though it was set at 64. The room looked as though the floors have not been swept. We left and came back after our family outing to pull the couch bed out and find there was no sheets or any extra bedding for it. I proceeded down to the desk only to be told there are no extra bedding just a sheet. As i waited in the line many others were in line for either the same thing or towels. When checking out there was an issue with them finding or verifying my room vs my vehicle even though i handed them my ticket to retrieve my car.

Stayed here before and it was better. Now, pretty terrible. The front desk is taking 15 to 20 min to check people in, and some are rude, the wait to get sheets for the pull out beds is literal hours, they refuse to issue the amount of key cards for the full amount of people in the rooms, no dishwasher detergent in the rooms, not enough towels for the amount of paid guests, not consistent pots and pans in the rooms, dull knives, ac could not keep up so our rooms were sweltering hot, no fan in the bathroom, and just generally run down. Not to mention our key cards often stoped working and the wait to get them re activated was 15 min to an hour.

To start with, no rooms available until well after 3 PM check-in time. Hallway on my floor smelled musty and unpleasant; room was OK but for ex. A/C unit was rusty, windows (fixed, large) were very dirty (11th floor, but still...). Carpet felt a little unclean in places. Kitchenette poorly stocked with basics - lacking practical pots and pans. Staff was another big thing - many with a "you're a pain in the ***" attitude, impatient, and I felt I got ripped off at the bar - ordered a slightly different whiskey with my Old Fashioned from the house one (which was I think $15) and was charged over $20! It was not a more expensive whiskey either. And hat same bartender said I I could not charge it to the room because it's a "separate" business...Then the next night, again getting a drink at the bar and ordering dinner to take to my room I was able to charge it the room. Hmm. There seemed to be plenty of people on staff most of the time, but lackadaisical attitude made for inefficiency, lack of attention to guests. Would not stay there again.

Worst customer service. No organization at check-in, valet parking, etc. Staff were not knowledgeable and you cannot call the hotel to get front desk. It’s almost impossible. Continental breakfast was not worth it at all. The hotel needs updating and cleaning. The pool area was nice but would not stay here again.

So my son decided to stay with me for safety thinking there was a sofa bed! Get in the room and the sofa was a sleeper sofa but no mattress or nothing! It was late, I was tired so I didn’t even fell like complaining! Beware!

The hotel room was large and spacious with a mini kitchen. The Set up was nice. But the service was terrible. The room carpet had stains and had not been cleaned in awhile. They did not empty the trash nor service the room in the 4 days we were there even after going down to the front desk to ask on multiple occasions. I had to go down to the front desk because the telephone did not work. You couldn’t call anyone, security, front desk, housekeeping, or room service. When I told them the phone didn’t work the guy at the front desk said oh they are disconnected. I replied well that is not safe. He told me to use my own phone I replied I did try calling from my own cell phone and repeatedly got a busy signal. The whole experience at the hotel was not good. I asked for an extra pillow and was told they would send one up. I went 2days and nothing so my husband went down to the desk to ask and had to wait an hour before they gave him one. We spoke to the manager before checking out because they claimed it wasn’t one on site before. He promised to give us a credit for the inconvenience and bad service and it has been a month and we still have not received it. Pick another hotel. This one is bad service and poor housekeeping.

Awful the whole process of checking… new employee kept messing up and needed to have reassurance from another employee who had other obligations… No air condition and had to be swapped out to another room… which didn’t have air conditioning… The wife was poor and employee said that it sucks so just bare with the hotel…
