I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Suites, I travelled for a business meeting in Atlanta and the room just ticked all my boxes. A well organized reading area, mini kitchen, well spaced bedroom and living room. The complimentary breskfast also had a wide range of sweet options to choose from. Excellent service also!! I highly recommend it.

Everything was great except the lack of room service. Had to go to the bar to get food. Waited over an hour for the food and staff didn’t seem to care. Would rather be able to order room service and be in the comfort of my room If I have to wait an hour for the food.

Front desk staff are not friendly, but ignore that part because otherwise, I found this hotel to be a great stay! Location is close to the interstate, the mall and lots of places to eat. The rooms are updated, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good too!

When checking in, the young lady in duty didn't greet me nor did she give me proper instructions regarding the parking and elevators. The room was handicap accessible which I didn't request. The toilet didn't flush properly and the bathroom sink was clogged. It also had a musty smell throughout my stay.

Staff were unwelcoming
My check in was very unwelcoming. The front desk staff neither greeted me or looked up from her keyboard. The only thing she was give me a few minutes. There was no line and no one else around and she was not on the phone. Once she was done typing she answered a call and then said name? I have my name she told me to insert my card and then handed me the key cards and pointed to the direction of the elevator. She did not tell me my floor or room number. I honestly have never experienced such an unwelcoming check in. I've worked in hotels for over 15 years and have never seen anyone check in a guest in this matter. It's a shame because it's a beautiful hotel but the staff seemed to be very bothered as if we were interrupting them at almost every encounter. I won't be back for that reason alone
