These motherf*ckers bumped me out of my room and switched me to a hotel that took twenty minutes to get to causing me to be late to the concert I was in town to attend. The hotel that they switched me to was not comparable and left us needing a roll away bed. A total sh*tshow. F*ck the Reverb!!!!!

Rooms are spacious, clean, and very accommodating. The hairdryer kept tripping the power in the bathroom. We called two days in a row. They said they were having someone come the day we were checking out. I’m sure it’s been resolved.

Carpet in the room was extremely dirty. The carpet felt greasy while walking around the room barefoot. Walking into the shower after revealed that a ton of dirt was picked on top of that. I notified the staff and they assured they would take care of it. However I didn’t notice much improvement as I experienced the same issue when I walked into the shower after a brief walk barefoot. The overall hotel appeared clean however.

Check in staff was good! Service at bar was horrible. We sat there for over 10 minutes before even getting acknowledged. Saw BOTH bartenders hanging around with food staff chatting it up. No sense of urgency! ALSO, we saw a mouse in the lobby under the couch and we informed both bartenders but no one acted upon it. ?? ALSO, we requested late checkout(for 12) but housekeeping knocked on door 3 TIMES between 11:20-11:45. Would not recommend because of service staff.
