Great and friendly staff. My bathroom door was heavily damaged at the base of the door when I arrived to my room and the air conditioner was loud at night I am not sure if someone was doing laundry or what it was but I was woken up multiple times from the noise. Other than that the room was nice and the building and its staff were wonderful.

Only Issue we had was the AC thermostat in our was faulty, unable to push out cool air, it stayed on 73, even when we tried to adjust it lowe. Informed the front desk, they sent a maintenance service member to correct the problem, but it continued to have same problem later when returned to our room.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel, only few issues, the heating/air unit was SUPER loud. When it ran while sleeping it was bothersome. The shower gel pump wasn't working

The bed, linen, and pillows in this hotel are fantastic. I slept really well. The room was large. Lacked a mini fridge and other amenities. Management availability was uneven. There were noisy air compressors outside of our rooms that you could hear acutely.

This is my second time staying at this hotel the first time was excellent however this time was not so good. I stayed in room 313 and the air conditioner made a very loud noise as it was coming on each time which made it very hard to stay asleep. There was no refrigerator in this room. They also should’ve told me that this was an adjoining room and I would have asked them to move me as I was by myself and did not feel safe.

After 4 delays from Florida to Atlanta when we arrived the service was exceptional. The bartender for the evening was so kind and exceptional we just hung out and forgot about the bumps in the road. Breakfast was excess well. I wish the pool was deeper but all was great

My husband and I went here for a staycation for our anniversary this weekend. It was very comfortable and peaceful. And Clean! Our only qualms is that there is no fridge in the room and the tv doesn’t have updates to where you can stream i.e. accessibility to Netflix. Also, we were on the second floor and there was no ice in the ice machine. Otherwise great and these are only little things- I would book again!
