It was a great stay. There were two problems that were no fault of the hotel. The noise from the restaurant next door was loud and I left my phone charging station

it take 25 min for the lady to check us in correctly. Our room so hot, the lobby n the hall way too, my room stay at 81 regardless what we do to the thermostat. We ask for a fan, but they dont have one, we about to look for different place for the night because the lady keep saying nobody complain. I told her to go up to my room to check out, finally we got a new room on second floor. Now we have to deal with noise, so many kids running around, having hard time to sleep, both nights. we will never use this location again!! ruin our labor day vacation

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was because the price was great. We did have a couple of minor complaints. We couldn't turn the lights on (turns out they were unplugged behind the bed) and the tv had no reception. In both cases the people on duty could not fix the problems. We figured out the light problem on our own and fiddled with the tv until we got reception. The breakfast was very good and the people who took care of that were lovely and kind. I'd stay here again.

Below Hampton average stay
Had typical Hampton standards. Location was difficult to access and almost got into accident as main entrance is feet from complex 4way intersection for freeways especially coming in at night. Also morning breakfast ran out of food and coffee during peak hour

Thanks to Hampton Inn my second night in ATL was saved by the bell. I was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was super cozy. I had street view and was loving the big mirror effect. Checking in was very easy, they even have digital check in and keys available. I loved that you had to key in and out of parking. I loved the aesthetic in the room. It really felt like home away from home. To add if you forget anything needed in your trip it was right there in your room👌. Every-time I come to ATL this will be my spot.

Overall okay experience. Hotel is right next to lot of places to eat. We did see a cockroach in the lobby and black hair in the shower and on bedding. Our room did not get cleaned while there.

After 3 days without service I had to call the front desk to get my room serviced. Had to wait until the next day. I was told that they don’t service the rooms unless you ask. Ridiculous
