Good location but they have work to do. Property showing it's age. Asked for housekeeping twice during our 10 night stay. Had to ask a second time for both since it didn't happen. Brought in take out food for dinner on our last night. Asked front desk for 2 paper plates. She told me her manager told her should could not give out paper plates. Really?

I liked the location. Very close to everything but not very walkable. The TV remote was did not connect to the TV which meant I couldn’t login to my Netflix. The staff was mostly nice. I felt it very rude when the desk person cut the lights off while we sat in the lobby. He said he the lights should have been off, they’re on for breakfast out. But we were sitting quietly in the lobby working for two hours and he knew that. We will not return.

It was clean and had very comfortable beds. Lots of wallpaper peeling off in the lobby. Beat up walls and furniture in the room. “Dog-friendly,” but no place for them to run. For the price, totally worth it.

Lorain at the front desk is terrible
Lorain at the front desk ruined the experience at this hotel. She was nonchalant, smart & made petty jokes. After checking in we went to our room to find out she put us in a double full instead of a king that we booked. We then had to go back downstairs to confront her about it & she told us she put us in that room because they were sold out of kings instead of kicking us out the hotel entirely…. Then after smiling and laughing, she said “am I mad” as she laughed. As if something was funny about almost kicking us out or being mad that we got the wrong room. Mind you she did not mention the fact they were sold out of king beds when we checked in so the going back & forth could’ve been avoided if she did tell us but nevertheless I will not be booking this hotel specifically because of her again in the future.

I like the shower head. I didn’t like the smell in the property. The room smelled of smoke. Like someone had been smoking in there for years. The elevator had no push button which could caused a lot of anxiety for a claustrophobic person like me. But majorly the smell, I didn’t like how the whole environment smelled. Everything was so old. Curtains, carpet, furniture, everything.

First morning no Hot breakfast as advertised. Next day had hot breakfast, but it was half cooked very poor quality food, third day breakfast was better and cooked OK. Had to go to Fourth floor to get ice and when it was empty had to go to fifth floor. One elevator not working causing long wait times. No service at room, ask for attendant for towels, told me I had to go to service desk and get my own. We were very happy with room cleanliness and bed was very comfortable.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The property itself was a little bit run down. We had to have maintenance come fix our sink. They were really kind and cooperative throughout the visit. Other patrons were complaining about breakfast while we were there, however, we were satisfied with what was served.

We were put in Room 708 and had to be moved. The hall way and room smelled strongly of Marijuana. Front desk lady apologized and switched us to Room 322. Unfortunately the air unit didnt work correctly. It was hot and miserable most of the night. Front desk offered to moved us again but it was late and we had to get up early for my daughter's doctor appointment.

My partner and I went to this hotel based on the reviews but we were very disappointed because there wasn’t any hot breakfast available the two nights we were there. They did have options but everything looked old. I heard from other guess that the truck didn’t come and I understand that but that should have been communicated at check in. Also the thermostat in our room wouldn't stay on cool which was very annoying. The area of the hotel is great the bed slept really good and the shower pressure was good but I do not see myself returning here.
