Hotel was fine for one night. Breakfast was nice and fresh. My problem is the next day my feet and ankles, were covered in little red bite marks that were not there the night before. Not sure what it was but something bit me up bad when I was sleeping. The carpet felt damp when walking on it and there was also no soap in the bathroom. You have to pay to park and it’s $50 to valet or $35 to self park which is a little steep especially if you are staying for a few nights. Overall felt safe there which is a plus but not sure I’d stay again due to the state of my skin.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping are top notch They were very kind and accommodating . The door to enter the room are a bit difficult to open and close. My overall stay was a pleasant one. Thank you!

Nothing in the room worked no phone no channels on tv no apps need to update tv to 2024 era. House keeping was awful. No fridge or microwave in room said $20 for microwave and 25 for fridge after you pay 300 for 2 days!!

The value for the room was fair. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Unfortunately the road noise was very loud, being on the 7th floor. Our room had seen better days but was only for one night so it was fine.

Rooms were rundown. When I asked for extra coffee the cleaning staff told me I could not have any. The television in our room didn’t work. When we went to the pool there were no towels. When I tried to report some of the issues to the front desk, the checkin line was so long with only one person working that I decided to call corporate instead. They tried to call management but were unable to contact them, they said I should receive a call the next day, but I did not.

DON'T stay here until they renovate
My room was unacceptable at that price. Almost every piece of furniture had a worn or chipped finish. The desk chair was broken and couldn't be raised to a working height. There was no desk lamp, and when I opened the curtains for some light I discovered the windows had apparently not been washed on the outside for years. They secured the balcony doors, it looks like they used a crowbar on the door frames – 3 times. The air unit apparently has no filters because dirt had hardened on the vents, and what looked like mold was on the outside of the unit. The mattress was about ready to be replaced, and the carpet was worn with fibers sticking up from it. The sink area floor had a broken tile that was higher than the others – a tripping risk. The bathroom room light was too dim and the light fixture was rusted. Also, this is a "valet parking only" hotel (not specified in the listing when I booked) and that will cost you an additional $50/night. I was tired and didn't want the hassle of finding another hotel that late, but I'd never book this property again unless I knew it was renovated.
