Overall the room was dated, run down, and unclean. I can honestly overlook the dated aspects as the location and price were good, but it was starting to get very run down. The carpet was starting to shred in places, weird stains on the wall, and leaking handle of the bathroom faucet, to give you an idea. The worst part was that they didn’t do a good job cleaning before we checked in. They didn’t leave us any soap (luckily I packed a spare bar), we were missing the bathmat, and there was a nasty used washcloth hanging over shower rod. The location was convenient, and right next to the highway. But it was also right next to a hospital and throughout the night we were woken to ambulance sirens. We did try the breakfast buffet and it was extremely underwhelming for being $25 per person. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel you’re looking for a good deal in Atlanta Midtown, and are not bothered by the clear neglect of the rooms.

Would never stay at this hotel again. Room was absolutely dusty and dirty. Towels ,sheets and bed had stains all over. Heater did not work and i called to have maintenance come and look, no one showed and i had to sleep in a room with the temp set at 67 and outside temperature in the 30s. Speaking with Jada in the morning was helpful as she did provide me with a number for the manger to speak with when they arrive later in the day.

This place was pretty good. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was nice. The rooms are okay but show their age and the windows looked like they never been cleaned. A little bit more spot cleaning and this place would be better. Not a bad stay but could be better.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room we were assigned had a broken toilet. After reporting it, we were moved to another room, which turned out to be even worse—the bathtub was in such poor condition that it desperately needed resurfacing, yet they expected us to stay there. Finally, after changing rooms three times, we found one that was barely decent. The rooms overall are very outdated and not well-maintained. I would not recommend staying here until the property undergoes significant improvements.

When we checked into our hotel ( Crown Plaza Midtown Atlanta) we walked in a room that smelled like smoke & the lights were not working along with the lamps in the room. Also the room did not mean overall expectations of what was posted online.
