My stay
The room and location was great. Getting someone to answer at the front desk was impossible. The rooms didn’t include a fridge for some reason…which wasn’t a huge deal at first cause I had a cooler but we couldn’t even get the ice machines to work… The elevators from the parking garage to the hotel were broken and parking was way too expensive imo. Overall for the price I paid it was good but def needs improvement

I’m not a very picky hotel goer, so I feel really bad writing this review. The bathroom overall wasn't very clean, and we were only given a half roll of toilet paper? The shower head looks like it is handheld but doesn’t actually detach from the wall, and it wouldn’t stay up for proper use. Also, I expect some level of noise in a hotel (especially in ATL), but you can hear EVERYTHING. People having casual conversation in the hallway, sirens, highway traffic.. every single little thing. :( This hotel claims it has good sound proofing, but I can promise you it doesn’t. Just spend the extra $50-$100 and get a different hotel. <3

Valet said $75 a night and email said $45 a night. Parking garage is $36 a night. There were hairs all over the room, AC stopped working. Pool entry was broken and nothing saying it was closed. To get to the parking garage you had to fight all kinds of traffic trying to get on and off 75. This place is not for the weak hearted, you have to be quick on ur feet to survive without a traffic accident and with all your belongings.

Check out time is 11:00am but one the housekeeper came knock on the door at 10:00am one time without saying “housekeeping” just walked straight it ….i feel as if that was very rude and I felt rushed so very disappointed with them !

DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk staff - very nice. Restaurant food - good and staff good. A/C NEVER got the room cool to where I set the thermostat. Bathtub would not drain while taking shower. Noise from other room - called front desk and they sent security up thankfully. but during the early morning i was woke up by noise from the other room as well as a lot of street noise. Balcony door/windows do not seal properly allowing noise in. House keeping staff supervisor was rude. And the $75 per day incidental charge is outrageous!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Not worth it
This is more of a two start hotel. The check-in was about a 30 minute wait, the free WiFi wouldn’t connect and the front desk staff wouldn’t answer the phone to help. The room was clean, but worn and there were no room amenities. If you have a car stay somewhere else valet parking is $50 and the staff didn’t give helpful instructions in finding another place to park.

We arrive to our room and the air conditioner was broken. Had to call several times in a span of a couple of hours to get someone to come up and fix it, and when someone did come it didn't fully work afterwards. Honestly the stay was only ok because there was mold on the bathroom ceiling of our original room so they changed our room to a super nice suite. The parking was super inconvenient because the options were either valet, which was ridiculously priced, or take your chances trying to get across a busy intersection. All in all I’ve stayed in better.
