Everything was very bad; I booked in this hotel because I had many hours already traveling on the road. Arrived at night and closed doors, no sign or entrance sign. I was given a totally different room than the one I asked for, the sink did not work, it was blocked, we were charged extra if we took something from the fridge, and there was no refrigerator in the room, Under the bed there was plastic that other guests left, So it was dirty under the bed. Bad service, except the valetparking, very friendly shift at night and tomorrow.

You get what you pay for, WORST WIFI EVER.
This hotel was interesting. It wasn’t bad but also wasn’t great or anything to go crazy over. It did have a balcony but it was off limits/permanently closed. Which means there was no windows to open so no option for fresh air. The hotel def has seen better days but it’s not like motel level by any means. One of the lights didn’t work, and lighting overall was low. The beds were comfy enough and I didn’t mind. Surprisingly slept pretty well with all the noise of downtown ATL. Multiple times a night there were police cars going by all throughout the night, which I don’t fault the hotel for but even with there being no windows that could open, the sound came right through the windows. So if you are a light sleeper, hopefully higher than the 10th floor you don’t hear it. The worst part that really screwed me over was the internet. I do videography and uploading videos to my clients was impossible on WiFi. I had to use my hotspot. Even on my phone scrolling social to relax videos were buffering or not loading. Some of the worst WiFi I ever used at a hotel. So if you have a business meeting that’s video or do large uploads, highly suggest bringing a hotspot or booking somewhere else. All in all, you get what you pay for. It was cheap, location was great there was a lot nearby and the area didn’t seem too rough. Also, I saw a lot of complaints about staff but any interactions I had were just fine. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either.

I was so skeptical about our stay after reading the most recent views. However, our stay was great! Nicole at the front desk got us checked in in under 5 minutes. Our room was clean, no weird smells or anything. We were on the 17th floor and did not hear traffic or any noise from outside. I would recommend this hotel and stay again. You can't beat the location in downtown Atlanta.

I have no complaints about my stay however the restaurant Next can use some help in the kitchen. I ordered breakfast from the menu but ended up leaving it due to the steak not being cooked at the temperature I requested, the eggs were swimming in butter or some kind of oil, the toast was hard as a rock and glass and utensils were both dirty.

Property was in a good area. I didn’t like that they don’t have personal parking included in the stay. The room we stayed in was bad. Had a bad smell, water stains in ceiling, and every time we used shower there was water everywhere on the floor. Also, need to do better on the sheets I notice a small spot on sheets like like it was a blood spot.

After calling and informing the hotel staff that we would be arriving late the hotel still over sold rooms and we were left leaving half of our party and having to bunk in one room. The room also smelled like urine upon entry and never stopped smelling of urine the entire stay. All that was offered was a complementary breakfast.

I booked and paid up front for 2 queen beds for date 1 month in advance. I arrived in ATL by airplane, check in desk was full with crowded line so I decide to comeback after the ⚽️MLS playoff game at 10:00pm. The hotel staff stated my hotel room was given away and I would be switched to a King however the room isn’t ready as of yet. I wasn’t able to check in until 11:30pm. Never booking a Crowne Hotel in any city.
