Not a good hotel. There are many better options nearby. It started on checkin at 6PM. Got to the room, it was on a courtyard. A Hip Hop event in the courtyard was shaking the windows. The whole place felt grungy. Carpet was old, patched, and tattered. They reluctantly moved us to the South Tower, which is a little better. The iron spat rust all over my shirt. Despite asking the front desk, they didn’t get around to replacing the iron. They didn’t service the room during the three days we were there. The hotel is old and vaguely musty. It needs a renovation. Stay somewhere else.

Not great...no self parking available only valet, room next to elevator, noisy could hear guests in next room easily, food court nothing priced so felt like the workers were making up pricing.
