Front desk staff who ignores residents calls
Front desk on 1/4/2024 9pm-1am would not answer the phone. Heat needed to be reset by HVAC but 3 workers were down at front desk just not answering the phone. After midnight with a cold room and trying to be patient and just increasing the heat after no answer I went downstairs to find 3 workers just sitting.

The bed is firm but street noise is loud . No body wash in shower, only hand wash. Kleenex box has only 3 pieces in it . The 2 free water bottles are not in the room or refrig, had to go to front desk to get. The reception clerk could have given them to us on check in which I think its a little tachy
