The stay was convenient location wise but was extremely put out by the 50 dollar mandatory valet charge! Then the alatm clock in our room went off at 5:30 am and we couldnt figure out how to turn it off for a minute. Not sure why alarm clocks are even in the rooms still. Room was a little musty and def not nice enough for what we paid and what was advertised. Bar and restauraunt were excellent.

I enjoy staying at the property, but I do have one complaint: the rooms don't smell very fresh upon arrival. I recommend bringing your own room spray. I assume this is because the rooms tend to be stuffy since the air conditioning or heating is only used when a reservation is booked.

I had stayed at this property before and had a better stay. This time the valet people were rude and unhelpful. The room was stuffy and couldn't get it comfortable. There was no breakfast offered at all. It was also reported to be closer to the venue I was going to than it actually was.

Pleasant stay
I booked a room on the 6th floor and when I got in I realized the room was missed by house keeping so I asked the front desk if I could get room service and instead they upgraded me to the 12th floor for the inconvenience. The hotel has a whole was beautiful. Very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again.
