Pretty darn good weekend.
Far better than expected. The front desk staff was super friendly, not only the person that checked me in but the people on the other shifts too. It was a relatively quiet hotel and everything felt pretty fresh. I was there for three days and it was consistently good through my trip

Just one negative, everything else was perfect. The room had vinyl plank flooring that looks great but doesn’t soak up any sound which gives the room a very hollow sound. This in turn makes you hear every other room’s doors open and close. The sound rings out. Service and cleanliness was great. I would advise bringing your own white noise like a box fan.

This was the perfect family, couple hotel in the area. All the staff was great, the pool was great, breakfast was nice and great location. Only lie was that Stone Mountain park was walkable.😩 Expedia u need to change that information . It is not. I almost booked at comfort INN, heard from others it’s cheaper however a bad experience. I ended up changing my reservation & Choose this hotel instead it’s worth it. ! We will definitely check here out again!! Easy check in & out. I tipped the maids as well! They work hard and deserve it

My husband and I were at this property for a one night stay. Room was clean except for a dirty pillow case, which makes me question other linens. Mattress was horrible and we did not sleep well. We had a king mattress, felt like I was sleeping on a mat. Walls are thin, could hear kids above us and neighboring room. Hotel was 3 min distance to the party venue, which was helpful. Otherwise, we Would not stay again.

Almost Perfect Stay
Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. All staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything about the stay was great with two exceptions: 1. The fridge did not get cold. 2. On the morning of checkout, the housekeeping ladies came into our room 3 different times while we we getting dressed prior to us actually checking out despite the fact that we had the “Do Not Disturb” hanger on the outside of the door and it was not yet checkout time.

I am a light sleeper and when I booked the suite , several weeks ago, I requested a quiet room. Instead, I was given a suite in the front of the inn, street-side and adjacent to the parking lot. When I asked the desk clerk if we were assigned a quiet room, her response was that they were fully booked. The first two nights, we were awakened early by vehicles leaving the parking lot. However, the third night was the worst. We had not realized that we were assigned a connecting room, even though the inn had many rooms that did not have connecting doors. The couple in the adjacent room laughed and talked as loud as possible, until well after midnight. Then, their alarm went off at 6 AM (on a Sunday morning), and the loud talking and laughing started again. Because of this experience, we will think twice before we stay at another Country Inn and Suites.

Good points: comfortable bed; nice breakfast Bad points: pipes behind shower head and shower control knob were not attached to wall studs, so they wobbled a lot (pipe joints will break sometime); refrigerator ran continuously and had no knob to adjust or turn off - the sound was annoying when trying to fall asleep.
