The property charged me for an additional stay and two extended checkouts and when I call the property to rectify this mistake the front desk staff gave me the runaround about the general manager who never seems to be there when I call early in the morning or afternoon time based on what the staff member says.

Excelente, lo escogería otra vez.
Estuvo muy bien. Un Hotel muy bien ubicado, tranquilo, incluye el estacionamiento (libre de costo y en la propiedad). Habitación cómoda (1123), limpia, con todo lo necesario para estar bien, incluyendo nevera, microondas, cafetera, escritorio, closet, tabla de planchar, secador, suficientes toallas, etc. Desayuno bueno: huevos, diferentes panes, cereal frío / caliente, tostadas francesas, waffles, frutas, etc. Cerca del Acuario y el Zoológico, entre otras atracciones. Frente al Estadio de la Universidad de Georgia. Hicieron limpieza en la habitación durante la estadía.

Everything was dirty. Service was rude. I slept in my clothes so i would not have to touch anything. Finger print marks on bed. Stain in shower tub.

Great place from the proximity to GTech and airport perspective. The rooms were average. The first set of rooms smelt heavily of smoke and couldn’t breathe. The staff was helpful and courteous and they switched us to a better room for the next night. The place can use some real deep cleaning. The breakfast staff is very friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

There was a water leak in the bathroom above the toilet. Nothing worse than going to poo and having some dirty ceiling water drip on your back. For $150 deposit youd think that that they would at least have decent conditions.

This hotel has multiple issues. Number one terrible front desk personnel. I called down for towels I was told they are down here. I had a package delivered the person looked over her shoulder and just shook her head. Said if it's not there then we didn't get it... Long story short it was there The hotel was dirty, infested with ants, and malfunctioning outlets that will one day start a fire. After calling Radisson corporate office I was told nothing could be done... Do not stay here.

I was a little disappointed with the overall appearance of the room. The breakfast options were satisfactory. The floor we occupied carried musty scent must of the time. The location was however, ideal.

Conditions of the room was not that good. Elevator didn't work half the time. Food has terrible. Staff was nice and if was close the the GA State stadium. We won't stay there again.

Okay for a short stay. Our bathroom sink was leaking but it wasn't a big problem. Room overall was comfy and the bed felt great. Breakfast was okay. Waffle batter was sour tasting but overall everything else was good. There was a small leak next to our table from the ceiling. We also stayed during an event and the hotel used their parking lot as event parking which made finding a parking spot a little difficult. Overall it was a good stay for one night but would look at other options for longer stays
