I came to Athens Greece for the first time to celebrate my Mom's 75th birthday! My Mom and I loved everything about our stay at The Pinnacle hotel. The entire staff was super friendly and very attentive. Whatever question or concern I had was handled immediately or as soon as possible. The breakfast buffet was complimentary and delicious and the friendly staff made it a great way to start our day everyday. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also delicious and the evening restaurant staff was friendly as well. The view of the Acropolis from the restaurant rooftop in the evening was gorgeous - that is a million dollar view and one of the reasons why we chose to stay at The Pinnacle. The hotel itself is a very cute and quaint boutique-style hotel and is conveniently central to everything. Our room was very clean when we first arrived and was kept very clean everyday during our stay. Check-in time is usually 3pm, but the manager was very kind to make sure our room was ready when we arrived early at 1pm which we were appreciative for after a 10 hour non-stop flight from NY. The hotel concierge provided sightseeing suggestions and excellent directions to the metro, local restaurants or anywhere else we wanted to go. The hotel concierge also arranged car transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient for my Mom and I and was one less thing we had to worry about. We loved our stay at The Pinnacle and plan to come back in June with our niece!

Nice hotel in a good location
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even if they had some technical issues with the lifts during my stay. The service was good and I was offered help with my luggage when the left didn't work. The roof terrace had nice view, just hard to spend time up there if its a windy day. The breakfast was good, but there are lot of nice places nearby you might find more enjoyable and with better coffee. The location was good, close to the metro, restaurants and shops and only a walk away from the sights. Not next to a night club either. The room was good for my short stay, but you might want to explore the options as mine had a view to the street only.

Fantastic location. The view from the rooftop is amazing. Everybody who worked there went above and beyond . We felt very at home and safe. The food and customer service was excellent. Loved every employee there.

A great hotel with larger rooms in the middle of Athens that’s within walking distance of the Acropolis, Agora, and so much more. Had kind of a retro vibe with the elevators and room decor, but with modern amenities including a rainfall shower with side jets and an electric fireplace. There’s no tv, but that didn’t bother me at all. If you go out the front door and make a right, in just a block you come to many bars and restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating that have all kinds of great food, with 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy close by. Location can’t be beat and the hotel was very relaxing!

Centrally located, boutique hotel
It is located with a beautiful rooftop view of the acropolis and is centrally located and walking distance to the all the monuments, Plaka, Parthenon, Monastirakiou etc. The staff were really professional and arranged our transfers to the airport and organized our excursions with private luxury car and driver. Our suite was equipped well but, super small and we were unable to upgrade has it was at full occupancy.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything, we were able to walk to sites and food. Ended the night with a drink at the rooftop bar which gave a stellar view of the entire city. If you haven’t been to Athens, it is edgy and fun. This is an excellent property, we will be staying here again!

The staff is top notch at The Pinnacle!! They are all so kind and helpful!! The only thing to be mindful of is the noise outside the hotel. The room was outstanding, the breakfast buffet is delicious and there are several options available. Would definitely recommend!!
