Nice hotel very friendly staff rooms are rather small, not the best view when you look out your window, but it's location is great, walking distance to most things, that compensate for the size and view.

Awful establishment!!!
Did not stay but was forced to pay for a reservation that was made in error and every effort was made to cancel immediately! The Athens 4 team member (Nicoletta) told me to track out to Expedia. When I did they relayed that another Athens 4 team member denied the request! This establishment is a bunch of money grabbing clowns and Hotel.com needs to re-evaluate promoting their property. I will continue to fight this charge.

The staff was really excellent and met all of our requests in a timely manner. I wish the elevators were a little larger. It seemed everyone staying there had to make more than one trip to get their baggage and themselves to their rooms.

The team provided us the most convenient way to get into the hotel despite of our late arrival. They gave us the best accommodations that a tourist could have. They communicated with us on time and responded to our request on time. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast buffet, the staff was always and helpful with arranging our excursions and airport taxi not to mention even making us a breakfast baggie to go! Clean rooms , nice rain shower - location is so close to Monastiraki and lots of good shopping , restaurants and sites.

The beds are low to the ground and uncomfortable. You have to ask the desk to get the AC lowered, and it doesn’t stay at a low temperature..the desk in our room was unusable it was up against the bed.
