High ceiling beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony for morning coffee. Clean with wonderful service from Alberto (he can really help you with your stay… competent and friendly) walking distance to great coffee places and tavernas as well as the Acropolis museum, Plaka and Monastiraki.

The apartment was located in a very convenient area, the surrounding streets are quiet, yet have plenty of cafes and bars within a short walking distance - plus the acropolis and many other of the main sights are also within easy walking distance. We really loved the neighbourhood. It is a perfect place to base yourself for a break in Athens. Albert was very helpful and gave us lots of good advice. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, the balcony area was a nice spot to spend a couple of hours of downtime and the fans and aircon worked well to keep us cool at night. We enjoyed it so much we are planning to come back again with our children. I would recommend this place to anyone to stay. We had excellent meals (and not expensive) in Kalamaki Bar and Opos Pali nearby.

Very convenient location in a very safe area. Albert is just a wonderful person, so helpful and kind! We felt at home, it’s very comfortable, well lit and very clean. Easy to get a taxi from two blocks down the street. It’s about six euro charge to get to Plaka or surrounding area. You can’t beat this location. We did use the parking for twenty euros which was very safe if you have a nice car that you don’t want to park on he street. Thank you Albert we hope to see you soon!

We stayed in this place twice before and love it. The area is handy for everything and gas a number on non-touristy eateries and cafes around. The staff are great, friendly, and efficient. I'd always stay there again.

I really enjoyed this stay and the hotel manager was extremely helpful and kind. Always there to assist in the best possible way. I would highly recommend this place and don’t miss out on visiting my favourite cafe in Europe just 5 min walk down the road: Little Tree Books and Coffee on kavalotti 2 The vibe is irresistible Enjoy!

Great location in a neighborhood with actual living, working Athenians. It may appear out of the way at first, but once you get the lay of the land you realize it’s a short walk to the Acropolis and the museums. Only criticism was the shower door was impossibly close to the toilet.

This was a beautiful and spacious apartment with a big terrace, though not much of a view from the terrace, but was still great to sit out on. Had air conditioning as well as a fan, it was spacious and clean. Short 7-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which was great for getting around. Though if you can't do uphill walks, this isn't the pace for you because to get to it you have t9 walk uphill. Check in was easy and quick, as was check out. Overall a great place to stay while in Athens.

Our stay at Athens Residence Apartments was nothing short of fantastic. The apartments were impeccably clean, with amazing rooms and a deck that offered a perfect spot to relax. Its location is ideal, close to great food recommendations that made our dining experiences memorable. The staff, especially Xenofon, were incredible and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even arranged airport transportation for us and stayed late to accommodate our delayed flight. Overall, the hospitality and convenience provided by Athens Residence Apartments made our stay in Athens truly exceptional.

Absolutely loved this place! Great location! Great space! The recommendations from the staff were so appreciated-we enjoyed them. We were able to walk to everything so easily and loved how quiet the area was compared to other areas we saw. I would highly recommend the area. The courtyard is also such a nice quiet space to enjoy the morning or evening after a long day of walking around. This place is a true gem! Thank you!

I like that it has a little kitchenette with cups , dishes even olive oil, so we can cook simple food when we tired of eating out. Everything is clean, there’s a big machine for hot and code water out our room, and big table too. The location is really good, walking distance to all major attractions.

Absolutely beautiful! Loved staying here, it was such a lovely apartment and Albert was amazing with his recommendations for restaurants cafes and where to go within the city. We only stayed for 2 nights but staying here made us wish we stayed longer! Was a great location too very close to restaurants to walk and the acropolis. Highly recommend staying here in Athens!
