Arrived late due to delayed ferry. Staff on reception was very friendly and informative even with the hour of arrival. My daughter was given a small gift bag for children which was amazing. With small wooden toys, a yoyo, a puzzle and a spinning top and sweets. Comfortable, clean room. Breakfast in the morning had a good range of hot and cold. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely well located across the street from the Station. Clean, quiet, in good condition. Good variety and quantity at breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again

Rooms were clean and large. Could have more USB outlets. Continental breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Arras area!

The hotel was perfectly adequate. Comfy beds. Looks as though it had been refurbished fairly recently. Nice modern feel. Breakfast was decent too. However, Donovan on the front desk really made our stay. He was super friendly and helpful throughout. Helped us with parking and electric charging. And his English was amazing.

Nice budget hotel with good breakfast. Room was small and 2 bed was a sofa bed which wasn't too comfortable but room was cheap so we couldntbexpect anything else really.

Hotel was fine.
The hotel itself was fine, but I arrived late at night and it wasn’t possible to use the car park for some reason. The night manager suggested a car park behind the hotel but the barrier refused to lift saying it was full despite lots of available spaces. In the end I had to park in a public car park which is what I was trying to avoid especially since this isn’t the nicest part of town.

Average hotel, great breakfast.
Inconvenient municipal parking, not controlled by the hotel and not accesible when we arrived. Hotel doors near parking lot were locked in the evening, requiring long walk around building in a sketchy-looking neigbourhood with many loiterers. Hotel room was just average, not on a par with other Holiday Inn Express properties where we have stayed. To their credit, breakfast was very good indeed - good choice, excellent baked goods, fresh fruit, yoghurt, meats, scrambled eggs, etc. Decent coffee, with espresso style and filter style both available.

Just the job.
Just a stop over on the way to the ferry, but a good quality HIEx with an excellent breakfast and a good price, and pleasant staff. Warning for car park users. The height restriction is given as 2.5m, but there are huge sections that are 2.05m, so be careful.
