Was very disappointed. Rooms had bugs crawling around. Breakfast was horrible with flys on them. Wasn’t pleasant we had 4 days remaining and chose to go elsewhere for breakfast. TVs in rooms never worked

Great stay
Stayed on NYE. Was a good stay. Room comfortable and staff friendly. My only complaint would be the disorganisation at the restaurant. Although looked like plenty of staff around, drinks orders were forgotten at dinner. Food was not replenished so lots of empty food trays at the buffet. Had to ask for cutlery and plates for breakfast buffet. Definitely would stay here again and much better then the other Sheraton beach resort by the airport.

Narrow bathroom space
Our stay was okay, but a few things that needs improvements. Bathrooms are narrow, and the bed sheets and pillow cases smelled like it wasn't washed for some time. Room was very dusty. Needs an upgrade. Walk way to the elevator for the rooms we stayed in isn't near the lobby.
