"All good, especially the staff, who truly care—it was a breath of fresh air. We had a wonderful time.
Just a tip for the kitchen: less is more! Focus on a few dishes but make them absolutely spot on.
There was no signature dish, which one should be looking forward to. Hope you will review your policy on food.
