I was given a room which was already occupied by someone else which was really unsafe. And the next room I was given was filthy, had a bad stench and a white powder like flakes all over the side table. NEVER AGAIN!

The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was extremely tiny, hard to move around in the room. Carpet stained, dirty interior, shower disgusting, breakfast bread products horrible. The furniture in the room and dining area were dirty. Mostly upset because the room was so small and very dirty. Cracks me up they leave an envelope in the room to leave a tip for housekeeping! It was disgusting dirty!

The bedspread had not been cleaned for a long time. It was very dirty with hair and stains and was disgusting. The tub/shower had mold all over the caulking and looked terrible. The (2) heat registers never came on even if thermostat turned up to 75. Room stayed around 66-67. Had to get key recoded every day of stay (3 times) to get it to work. 2 star property for sure. Front desk staff very nice, rate was very good for area. Location was great.

Excellent airport shuttle service, conveniently located. I stayed in the “old hotel”, room was basic yet sparkling clean and comfortable for a two night stay in transit. However, a big sized person might find the bathroom and shower a squeeze. A bonus was having a number of sining options available within walking distance. Would stay here again.

We arrived about 630pm. Only 1 of our 2 reserved rooms were ready. Once we did get the other room, both rooms were stale and stuffy, heaters in both rooms did not work, dark out curtains did very little to dim the bright lights outside. Taking showers, water was luke warm at best, no bath mat of any kind for when you got out and not slip reistant strip or safety bar for the step in tub showers. Outside traffic was very loud all night. Would not go back there

This hotel.is your average hotel. Nothing fancy but nothing extremely horrible. The obviously just remolded the bathrooms which was nice. The bed was comfortable but I wasn't completely convinced the sheets were washed. One pillow case had make up on it. Snd the sheets didn't feel crisp. The coffee msker was dirty and sticky snd the AC was crap. We only stayed one night. Which is what this hotel seems prefect for.

Room was fine, could have been cleaner. but the water was not n when we checked in. That was resolved within a half hour, but then there wasn't any hot water. That too was finally resolved but only after we had gone to bed. Probably just bad luck on our part.

Everything was good! Except the window in my room didn’t open and it was stuffy, so I didn’t sleep well. And I don’t use air conditioning due to sensitive lungs. Too bad because the mattress was super!
