Villa Venere Alghero, privacy for 12 people, private swimming pool, surrounded by greenery

For our guests and only with the help of a skipper we provide a dinghy for splendid boat trips, to be tailor-made for guests. The cost is to be agreed with the managers of the villa.

In the green countryside of Alghero, there is Villa Venere. A luxurious and large villa which is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday in total relaxation in a property of about 1000 square meters, a large patio and an emerald green swimming pool.

The 300sqm villa. It is ideal for 10/12 people.

Oak trees, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub frame the property and guarantee total privacy throughout the complex.

The villa consists of two floors.

Upper floor:

• large living area finely decorated with living room, dining area and equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi system.

• in front of the living area there is a large veranda facing the pool: the ideal place to relax in the shade, roast and live outdoors, finely furnished and equipped with a large kitchen with fireplace and wood oven.

In the large veranda there is an equipped kitchen, stove, 2 small refrigerators and a large one.

Upstairs,
• in front of the veranda the swimming pool guarantees an oasis of privacy for a sunbath or simply to relax. The furniture that distinguishes the outdoor spaces is highly sought after.

• A double bedroom with a view of the internal courtyard and a bathroom with shower and finely decorated tub and 2 separate toilets.

• A double bedroom with balcony and garden view and a bathroom with shower;

Downstairs

• Four bedrooms (2 doubles, one with two single beds, and a small room with bunk bed without window), living area with access to the garden, choreographic stone staircase that joins the two floors.

• Two bathrooms with shower and laundry

The property is located about three kilometers from Alghero on the road leading to the Valverde sanctuary. A distance that even in the height of summer can be covered in a maximum of ten minutes. Ideal for 5 couples, for a family or group of friends.

BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. YOU CAN HAVE ON REQUEST WITH A SUPPLEMENT OF 10 EUROS per piece per stay.

• Any periodic cleaning (on request) must be paid separately (€ 15 / hour)

• Sheets and towels (€ 20 per head for each change in addition to the weekly one already included in the price).

FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 7 NIGHTS IT IS ESSENTIAL TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE HOME AT THE COST OF 350 EUROS, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE STRUCTURE IN THE BEST WAY.

Cost of heated pool to be agreed with the property in advance. The cost is 450 euros per week

Security deposit of 1000 euros to be paid on arrival by credit card or cash. They will be refunded after 7 days of departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order.


Beach towels are not included in the standard services, they can be rented at a cost of 10 euros per piece per stay.

The host or maintenance technician is allowed to enter for plant maintenance

- Confirm check-in time at least 3 days before arrival

The rent will refer to the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Animals will not be accepted unless prior authorization from the owner.

- The number of guests must be communicated to the booking.

MORE GUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, COMPARED TO THE NUMBER COMMUNICATED.

- Arrivals preferably accepted only on Saturdays.
