Hotel was gesloten wegens coovid19. Deze melding kon je op een A4tje lezen aan de achterzijde van het hotel. Een mail kon er blijkbaar niet af!

solo si quiere sentirte en familia
gracias a Dios que después de leer malas opiniones no cancele. porque es un lugar sencillo, pero de entorno familiar la señora Tere siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitamos y trato muy bien a mis hijos y todos los días limpiaban la habitación. como me gusta cambiar de lugar para conocer no se cuando vuelva, pero si regreso cerca de este sitio vuelvo a este hotel. Porque es sencillo pero los servicios que no tiene los consigue por el camino como jacuzzi, piscina etc. lo importante es llegar a casa y dormir sin que te molesten el sueño es cierto que esta en la calle principal pero ya estamos acostumbrado a los ruidos de coche.

La primera impresión fue buena, tenia pinta de acogedora aunque fuimos el único coche que aparcó ahí. Una vez subimos a la 1° planta se empezaba a apreciar cierto aroma a humedad, pero fue abrir la puerta de la habitación y nos vino ese olor fuerte a huemad y guardado. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta porque apenas se podía respirar.En cuanto a la limpieza... nos encontramos pelillos en el baño y en la cama, los colchones estan super viejos uno incluso se hundia por por los pies...Sincersmente pasamos una muy mala noche. La habitación incluía desayuno, estuvo bien.

El hotel con encanto pero por sacar algunas pegas, el colchón de muelles demasiado antiguo e incómodo y el menú del restaurante del establecimiento un pelin caro

La altura de las habitaciones de la ultima planta es muy bajo. Los colchones malos y la almohada poco consistente. Podría tener otra extra para personas que necesitan más.

La habitación 112,huele a humedad.no hay señal wifi en las habitaciones.solo enel comedor.el desayuno escaso.medio vaso de zumo de naranja.el menú diario de 14€siendo un barrio de un pueblo.menus mas baratos en sant Vicente de la Barquera.y en Santillana del mar.en general.muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Mejorable, olor a humedad en la habitación.
La situación es buena, cerca de Santillana y de Comillas. La habitación tiene un gran inconveniente, huele mucho a humedad, deberían hacer algo para remediarlo, porque es bastante molesto. El segundo punto negativo es el desayuno, no es que esperáramos nada del otro mundo, pero teniendo en cuenta que durante 2 noches fuimos los únicos clientes alojados y las 2 noches siguientes debíamos ser 4 personas en total, esperábamos que fueran un poco más explendidos. Podíamos pedir, ya que hay un bar, tostadas, croissant, un vaso de zumo de botella. Nos ofrecieron jamón y queso para las tostadas. Tenían dos hermosos jamones expuestos y nos pusieron jamón de lonchas envasados y queso tipo tranchetes, no lo volvimos a pedir... Debemos decir que la dueña nos hizo buenas recuerdo mendaciones para visitar y que si mejorara el tema del olor a humedad y sirviera directamente un platito con un poco de jamón y queso decentes, el lugar sería ideal.
