We couldn't stay at the hotel, my dad and I waited in at the front desk for a long time and nobody ever showed up, even call service customer, they said they didn't have anybody around to help us out, we had to leave and pay for another hotel. Worst service ever how they don't have a person on charge at the front desk it's ridiculous. NEED MONEY BACK!!
Yall had some computer glitch when I was supposed to stay. I had driven 10 hours cross country and when I arrived your front desk said they could not check me in, and did not have my reservation. I clearly am reviewing from Expedia so clearly someone at your company screwed up and now you’re refusing to refund. Absolute garbage service and company.
The quality of the lodging was commensurate with the cost. My spouse and I stayed there one night at the tail end of a road trip and we just wanted a bed and a shower, which is what we got. They did advertise the room as having a queen bed, but it was a double. The floor had sticky spots and the base of the toilet hadn't been cleaned for a while - there was a buildup of dust and pubes on it, but i was in the army for five years and you're really gonna have to work harder than that to gross me out. The lady at the front desk was very personable and helpful though, and the mattress was comfortable. The majority of their clientele seemed a bit sketchy, but the hotel had a lot of security measures in place to ensure that there was no funny business going on inside, and it was nice and quiet at night. Bottom line: I'd stay there again, because for the price I'm willing to cut them some slack.
The area was overwhelmed by homeless people. The hotel is old and just short of needing bars on the windows. Very creepy. If i hadn't arrived so late, i would have gon to another place.
Me, my wife and son drove from California to Tennessee for a funeral. Had no issues with the one room we got in Texas on the way to Tennessee. On the way back however, we decided to book a room ahead of time for this Albuquerque NM location. When we arrived, the hotel said they had canceled our reservation and there was nothing they could do. The front desk employee was rude and had a very bad attitude the entire time we were trying to check in. She told me that there were no rooms available but later told my wife there were some. We then said we will just rebook and all of a sudden the employee says the computers were down which we could see they were not and she was just using the computer the second before she told us that. We ended up having to call around and found a place that was almost double the cost. When I tried calling the hotel a couple days later as I did not get refunded, the employee I spoke to was rude and unprofessional as well. She refused to help and hung up on me. I called back to ask for her name and she said she does not have to give me her name and hung up on me again. I ended up having to take it to their corporate level to complain about the employees and get a refund which 2 days after they said they would refund me, I am still waiting for my refund. I would suggest nobody uses this hotel for any reason. All we wanted was a bed to rest a few hours on as we had been on the road for 20 hours.
I booked a room based on a false photo online. We had reserved a double room, but upon arrival, they did not have a double available. Instead, they offered us a single room, which turned out to be decorated in a 1980s style with what looked like pubic hair woven into the bed.
