Not the cleanest hotel, but not the worst. Found a dead cockroach on the tv stand when we arrived, but thankfully no bed bugs. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Clean room, coffee express, refrigerator. The WiFi first day works good, but on the weekend on Saturday very week. Good location, between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Close to many dining. I recommend.

Check in was fast and friendly. Rooms are in dire need of paint, and the chairs and comforter were stained. The sheets were clean, though, and the bed was comfortable. For the price, it was ok.

There was a very unique and beautiful art studio right across the parking lot. The staff was over the top very friendly and met our every need. I felt very safe and it was very quiet. I would rate this better than some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. You should use this staff and manager as a role model for all of your other Super 8s.

They need to fix their door access controls. It takes mutiple attempts to open the door. The place is convenient to food places. And not too far from the balloon festival. They need to do better with their breakfast option. Cause there was barely any.

We had a minor vehicle issue, at no fault of Super 8. Staff were vigilant and extremely helpful. Hat’s off to their staff, especially Emerson and Mike, for all their help and quick action. They are working hard to maintain a safe and quiet place to rest.

Very dirty hotel
When we arrived there was no one at the desk. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to assist us. Once we got into our room it was dirty, the walls had writing and buggers all over. The hairdryer had hair hanging out of it. The sheets had brown spots. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
