When checking in there was only one lady at the front desk and there was a line of people backed up to the front doors. I had made my reservation days in advance and I requested a room on the top floor, but was told none were available when I checked in, (even though it was only 3:30 pm when I finally was being helped). As it always goes, if I don't get a room on the top floor as requested, at midnight the person above me in room 301 was banging stuff around, scraping, moving and adjusting furniture (honestly!), just making a lot of noise which woke me up and kept me awake for around an hour. What more do I need to do to receive what will prove to be a quiet room? I paid the fee and the deposit but didn’t get the product. Isn't that pretty much the same as stealing?!?

Property: Lobby, halls, my room, exercise areas and breakfast areas were all clean and modern. 'Breakfast included': options were good! Waffles and scrambled eggs, some meat option like sausage or bacon, plus the usual yogurt; cereal, toast. Coffee was hot and OJ dispenser worked. Plentiful seating area. In-room: Clean, TV & fridg worked. The bathrooms were modern, clean and well lighted. Other: The indoor pool is about 15 yards x 10 yards so there's room for kids to play. The hot tub works. The exercise room had 2 elliptical and 2 treadmills, 1 multiple use weight machines, Overall: The hotel is newer, not re-branded with 5 coats of paint splattered on the walls. Access to I-25 is easy. (I didn't use the airport at all so no comment on the shuttle) Quality, cleanliness of the facilities, and competence of the staff = excellent.

All of the hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. We stayed at the hotel over the Christmas season. The decorations were great. Continental breakfast was very good with a large seating area.

It was great to drive up and see there were two brand new EV chargers. The hotel should add this to their listing information as it did not appear in the search criteria. Charging was on the expensive side but worth it for the convenience. Thanks for offering this!

I was given a handicapped room on the third floor. My mom was not able to make it to the third floor. She passed out just before she made it to the elevator. Emergency services had to be called. They helped her get to the room. The hotel has never reached out to us to see if she was ok. They are terrible
