No refund was offered. No refund policy. We had a sick child in the hospital. Room was inadvertently booked for a future date. No refund due to expedia having a no refund policy. Very disappointed. Dissatisfied. Did not get to use the room on the date it was reserved for. My fault for not reading fine print, but it was a terribly stressful weekend.

It was dirty. They switched my rooms and the room was still dirty but not as dirty as the previous one. There was a lady name momma glo. She came to clean my bathroom because I broke some glass. She cleaned that bathroom really well.

Staff was friendly and helpful in getting us checked in early but our room had red stains on the comforter and the bathroom was gross, hair and spilled things all over the counter and the toilet had pee and blood stains all over it. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall the stay was ok. I was very disappointed when I was checked into a room that was not what I reserved. I reserved a king room with walk in shower for my disabled husband. What I received was a 2 queen bed with a tub. Needless to say he could not shower that night. The hotel could only offer us free/discounted breakfast, free drinks at the bar or a future discounted stay. None of which we were able to do. I spent a lot of money on that wrong room.
