Welcome to our lovely Coastal Cottage in the heart of the stunning Whitsundays! If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, our charming and inviting house is the perfect place for you to call home.

Featuring unlimited WiFi and fully air conditioned with a large fenced yard. We are conveniently located walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants/cafes, with downtown Airlie Beach and marinas just a short drive away.

Coastal Cottage is a clean and comfortable, home away from home. The perfect base for your Whitsunday holiday. Experience the natural beauty and tropical paradise of one of the most unique destinations in the world.

Coastal Cottage is beautifully decorated, providing all the comfort and convenience of a modern home whilst maintaining a warm and welcoming ambiance.

The open plan living area features comfortable furniture, dining area, large breakfast bar and cozy reading nook.

The outdoor deck is a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the birds or cooking on the Weber BBQ.

With three comfortable bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for couples, families or a friends getaway.

Our newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals with fresh ingredients available from the local area. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all essentials such as fresh linens, towels, toiletries and beach towels.

The Whitsundays are known for their beautiful beaches, clear blue waters, and lively coral reefs. Among the many outdoor activities available around our cottage, you can explore the Great Barrier Reef, snorkel, swim, fish or simply take a hike in the nearby rainforest or beach.

PETS:
We know how important it is to be able to bring your beloved pets with you on holidays and we are pleased to be able to offer a secure, fully fenced yard and pet friendly house. However, we do ask that you are respectful of the furniture and strictly no pets are allowed on the sofas, chairs or beds. Please do not leave your dog inside alone for the day if it is anxious, likely to bark or destroy furniture.
The front driveway gate must be closed and secured in order to contain your pet in the yard. Ultimately, it is up to you to ensure the safety and security of your pets.

** If it is found after your check out that pets have been on beds or the furniture has pet hair or smells of pets you will be charged an additional professional cleaning fee

CLEANING FEE REFUND:
For couples who only use the downstairs master bedroom/ensuite and living areas and do NOT use the upstairs bathroom/ toilet & bedrooms, we offer a $50 cleaning REFUND. Please note this is subject to leaving the rest of the house in good condition.

SECURE BOAT PARKING:
Coastal Cottage has two entrances. If you have a large car or are bringing a boat, caravan, etc, the back entrance would be the best option. There is a double gate, for easy access to drive straight through into the back yard where you will be able to securely park your boat, caravan, etc for added peace of mind. A hose is supplied for wash downs.

CARAVANS:
Caravans may be parked at the back of the house however, anyone living in the caravan must be included as a house guest and be added to the booking.

THINGS TO NOTE:
You will have access to the bedrooms associated with the number of guests on your booking.

If you fail to respect our home or have more people staying then what was booked, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are security cameras located at the front door and back deck. These are used primarily when the house is empty, however we reserve the right to turn them on if the neighbours complain or we feel you are breaking our rules.

**We have a permit through the Whitsunday Regional Council to use our house for short term accommodation**

Loved the property, the furniture was comfy, the location is great. Yes it’s situated on a main road but after the 6pm traffic it goes dead quiet. The house didn’t get too hot or too cold. We loved it and will be coming back!

A great place to stay with our family and dog.
The house was great. It had a fantastic yard, safe for the dog and a great back deck too. Really well equipped and close to the beach and the very good Fat Frog cafe. Close to the walkway right into Airlie Beach town. Also walking distance to a shopping centre. The only downside to the place is the road is very noisy. We bought ear plugs for sleeping.

Comfortable house & big yard
Thoroughly comfortable & clean house with a big yard though it is on a main road. Dogs had good time but I would be wary if they were jumpers as the front fence is not very high. Otherwise good and hopefully we’ll stay again.

Convenient location, lots of space. Loved the dog friendly beach close by and the shady esplanade walk. Close to shops and bus stop, so didn't have to take the car into Airlie Beach.
