Booked 2 bed room, we had to go up multiple of stairs before getting to room and that was exhausting every time. Also, telephone in room does not work, don’t know why staff placed it there. No fridge in room even tho we were staying there 7days & weather was really hot so constantly buying water but having no way of keeping it cooled also Moroccan water is not drinkable so had to buy bottled water. When I explained to staff at reception, they said to pay extra 200 dirhams daily if I wanted a fridge in my room otherwise it’s not their problem I should of booked a bigger apartment with kitchen instead. Very poor quality everything at the hotel, would NOT recommend it at all!

I booked a room for a week. The toilet did not work on the Friday, brown tap water on the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I had no hot water and the lady at réception was argumentative and rude and very reluctant to assist me in moving to another room. I was unable to take a shower for 3 days. This most definatly is not a 3 star hotel. No TV or fridge in room. Approximately 12 sun loungers for the whole hotel so if you want to leave your room to lay by the pool youd have difficulty finding a lounger. I was unable to get to the pool until 4 days after I arrived. The lady who cooks the breakfast uses her fingers to touch the food and the food is generally uncovered. If you just want an uncomfortable bed for one night then this is the hotel for you any longer and the highlight of your week will be whether you were able to get hot water shower. Apparently the hotel is well aware of the issues(according to the one decent member of staff) but don't care. If this is the type of hotel that you are recommending, I would be very reluctant to use you again. I deserve a refund and a medal for endurance

Good hotel but no lift more stairs

It's good hotel very loctoin near the beach very good staff respect only no lift more stairs and about clean3/5

L'hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres (lits et équipements) correctes pour le prix. Par contre nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau chaude dès l'arrivée dans l'hôtel et de très gros doutes sur la propreté des draps : il y avait des cheveux/ poils et des petites miettes dans les draps... Le personnel de l’accueil n'est pas d'une grande sympathie. Fuyez le petit déjeuné !!! J'ai trouvé ça honteux de servir des "choses" pareil. Les aliments, tous confondus, devaient dater de plusieurs jour.

Siisti hotelli, huoneet pidettiin siistissä kunnossa ja mikä yllätys, emme onnistuneet törmäämään minkäänlaisiin ötököihin. Aamupalan kuulumisen kanssa oli ongelmia ja yksi henkilö aiheutti sen, että teimme aamupalat itse. Sijainti hyvä. Hintasoon nähden erittäin hyvä

hôtel satisfaisant

TRès bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel, le personnel y est agréable, la chambre est correcte, le petit hic c'est qu'il n'y à pas de télévision nous qui aimons s'endormir avec la télé c'était un manque, mais heureusement comblé par notre pc portable. Plage et centre ville à proximité. WiFi dans le hall et bar pour les acros du net. Un bon rapport qualité prix, nous y retournerons sans aucun problème!

mauvais achat!!! ATTENTION

ce sont des arnaqueurs car ils vous font croire que la réservation prise ne correspond pas a celle qu'ils ont reçu de ebookers pour vous donner une chambre inférieur à celle réservé des le départ. il vous rajoute des matelas pour dormir par terre au milieu de la poussière et la saleté dans l'inconfort totale. c'est en discutant avec d'autres clients de l'hôtel qu'on s'est rendu compte de l'arnaque.
