Towel in the bathroom was dirty. Hair on the wall in the shower. Air conditioner is on a sensor so it turns off if you leave the room or go to sleep. On a run of 35 degree days that is disgusting. Horrible experience. Will never go back

Staff were great. Maintenance turned up to fix a tap but nobody notified me. The tap was ok. I sent him away. Lifts unreliable. No valet parking. I could not remove breakfast from my booking. Brekky ordinary for the very high price, best option is omelette. Don’t understand why barista coffe is so expensive in the dining area and the provided coffee machine is extremely slow. Aircon in room very noisy. The advertising photo and the location are not compatible bordering on false advertising. Area is a bit rough and I was woken up by noisy argument across the road also people begging around the place. Both chairs in the room were uncomfortable and office chair needs tightening up. Bed was good. TV only had Google Chrome cast .. could not get iPhone App to pair.

Check in / out was slow. Cascade lounge shut early for a drink at 10pm on a Friday night. But mostly, car parking was terrible, staff recommend car park - with four wheel drive we only just cleared the roof and it was tight access and after navigating the car park for 15minutes only to find there where no car parks to then be asked to pay $$$ - after car parking fees we could have found a better quality hotel for the room cost and parking fees.

Stayed for NYE, the hotel was very busy and getting a lift was difficult. We waited 20 mins for a lift from the rooftop then another 15 minutes for a lift from our room on level 8. Getting a lift back up was equally difficult and the breakfast rush at 9am was impossible to get a lift so we gave up!

I found the car parking available at this hotel as very inconvenient. The front counter staff did not give me enough information about how to find the car park. Very hard to get on & out of car park with their vouchers that did not work. The hotel is quite run down & the breakfast was not that good. The hot food was barely warm. I would not stay here again.

They offer parking, but they never dosclosed the cost of 30$/day ... even i asked .. After i asked if they have parking..., they directed me to the the hotel parking.. they told me to take the ticket and they will validate when i check out .. they never disclosed or clarified that it is an extra cost...

Even though we had booked for 3pax, i had to ask for rollaway bed, extra towels and extra cups,etc. A supposed 5stsr hotel should have had this organised or at least acknowledged the need for these items to be brought to the room. I had to try several times to contact reception to get this done.
