I love the location of this hotel. Its only 2 tram stops from the train station/casino. The tram is free in the city area. There are also buses running along North Terrace. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Convenient close to shopping, walks, easy acees to tram, eating places. Bed was uncomfortable felt like we were sleeping uphill think mattress needed turning, pillows were flat. Had to pay for parking at $25 a day. No pool, no gym. No restaurant.

Great budget hotel- not a destination hotel
Budget hotel stay for the night, room was clean, bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well. the room had a large accessible bathroom and a fridge . It had a good selection of snacks and drinks. It is a little dated, curtains where not blockout and you could hear noise. a little away from shopping area but easy to walk 10-15mins to the main area. pricy for New Year’s Eve- but that is expected with all city accommodation. I’m happy I used a voucher for the night and it was just to sleep.

Very nice five day stay at this property. The room was spacious, the air conditioner worked well and the cleaning staff was pleasant and efficient. The front desk staff was exceptional, very welcoming and highly accommodative to our needs. Our only quibble: The mini bar was a relic from another era. We would have much preferred an empty refrigerator to store our own drinks. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this property in the future.
